He kept us informed and updated throughout the entire process. The installation team (Chris and Simon) and the roofers (Chris and Peter) did a fabulous tidy job and went above and beyond. We were highly recommended CEIBA Renewables by our neighbours, who had them fit solar panels and a Tesla battery to their property. The work they performed at our neighbour’s home was nothing short of fabulous, so we took their recommendation on board by also having Solar edge panels and Tesla Power Wall battery installed to our property by CEIBA. Duncan was extremely courteous and helpful throughout the entire project. He was always very prompt to answer our calls and answered all of our queries very comprehensively. Simon, Chris and the two roofers who did the work on site were all very hard working indeed. Their work was all very neat and tidy, whilst great care was taken at every stage to minimise any disruption, to clean up and to reinstate areas they worked in to how they had been found. I cannot rate CEIBA Renewables highly enough. The entire team made the whole experience very structured, friendly and stress-free. Within hours of CEIBA completing the work, I had already recommended them to several friends, family members and on Social Media. I have spoken to Duncan and to Romina on a number of occasions since installation and their assistance with our system certification, our connectivity to energy plans and advice in finding the right energy suppliers/providers has been invaluable. I have just had Ceiba install 14 SunPower PV panels (5.25kW) along with a Tesla PowerWall 2. The panels were physically installed on two aspects of the roof in one day and then a few days later Chris & Simon came to do all the wiring and PowerWall installation over 2 more days - all as planned. All work was done to a very high standard with excellent communication throughout. Both site teams (and the office team) were friendly, professional and helpful throughout the process - can't recommend them enough. Thanks.

Having researched what solar panels I wanted I found Ceiba Renewables who covered my area and came highly recommended. The demand for them was high but they managed my expectations of the timing of service delivery from the outset. The panels were installed before the power wall due to supply difficulties. They did an excellent job with no wiring down external walls, crawling about in the loft to make a very neat job. They also upgraded the safety of my electricity supply. The power wall has just been installed and all the account set-up for the app is done by Ceiba so that has simplified everything for me. Another neat job. With both installations, I got a good briefing on what had been done, how to operate the electrics associated with it safely and how to manage it via the app. They have been most helpful with advice and documentation and the crucial thing is that the price quoted is the price charged.

What a great experience working with Ceiba Renewables has been. From design to installation and handover first class. Tesla gateway and powerwall installation associated wiring is to the highest standard with many thanks to Simon. As a senior offshore commissioning engineer myself I am fully satisfied with the total process and would strongly recommend Ceiba renewables. We used Ceiba Renewables to design and install our solar panels, Tesla battery and car charger. We received first class service every step of the way, from design and right through the installation and commissioning process. All the staff are knowledgeable, helpful, thoughtful and very competent. The installation process was very professional and thorough and the on-site personnel took great care to ensure they put all equipment exactly where we wanted it. They were also very clean and tidy. They sell the very best quality equipment available and the prices reflect this, but we hold the view that quality is always worth paying for. We would whole-heartedly recommend Ceiba to friends, family, or anyone reading this review.

The experience with Ceiba Renewables was simple, clear and an absolute pleasure from start to finish. They supply the best of quality in products and match this every inch of the way in the service. Everything is explained clearly, they carry out a thorough survey (undertaken by the MD) and importantly listen to and deliver to the customer requirements. The team on site installing the system were fantastic. Take time to plan out the job, treat the property as if it were their own, i.e. workmanship of the highest order and site always left clean and tidy. Importantly they are very careful in suncontractors they work with, ensuring they are equal in standards, application and quality of service they provide. The only frustration there are very few companies out there now with the same values and principles in their approach. When you find them you appreciate the level of trust and confidence in the job they are doing. We are delighted for all these reasons to have worked with Ceiba and could not recommend them highly enough to others.

Ceiba provided an excellent installation service. Our house is old with a tricky inaccessible attic but this seemed to prove no problem at all. The team were tenacious in finding solutions and explained everything brilliantly. They were expert, friendly, respectful and skilled. Although a big job, both inside and out, the disruption was minimal and everything was left in good order. Connection with our wifi proved difficult but the problems were overcome and since installation our panels and battery have functioned perfectly and have generated far more energy than we would have expected in dull Glasgow. I have already recommended Ceiba without reserve to friends and colleagues.
