From initial inquiry to final install the entire team at Ceiba have just been fantastic to work with. Initial design hit problems due to grid connect limits so Duncan quickly came up with a 2 phase approach to let us move forward. The guys doing the install were great, friendly professional and courteous (even the cat liked them). Really neat work and no mess left at all, got the panels, powerwall and EDDI installed in just 2 days, and provided a very thorough run through of how it all worked and the associated apps. Really couldn't ask for better, hopefully will be able to get them back soon for phase 2.

I have been really impressed by the level of service from Ceiba Renewables. The installation of a Tesla Battery, is probably the most professional piece of work that I have had done. The installation engineers could not have been more helpful, and provided a full explanation of how the system operates. I have no hesitation in recommending Ceiba Rnewables.

Duncan and the Ceiba Renewable team were professional from the outset. Duncan provided clear information for the sizing rationale and planning permissions and overall process. His support team did a great job of keeping us informed of delivery dates and introduced us to Alastair who completed the groundworks (we have a ground-mounted array) as we couldn't find a suitable local supplier. Duncan quickly responded to identifying alternative panels when it became clear the supply of the original panels could be problematic. Simon and the electrical installation team were very professional and very tidy, checking with us any queries beforehand. We were very confident to leave them to it when we had a family crisis that fell over our installation period, and we were not able to be at the house for most of the time. We are very pleased with our ground array and Tesla Powerwall.

I contacted Ceiba to investigate an error message that I was receiving on my PV inverter. They were easily and quickly able to diagnose that the error message meant the inverter needed replaced. They liaised with the manufacturer and established that it was still under warranty (2 weeks left on a 66 month warranty - lucky white heather!). At all times Ceiba kept me abreast of progress on the requisition of the new inverter and also on a time to install. The installation itself was very professional and the installer was very friendly, professional and fully explained what he was doing and why. I recommend Ceiba to resolve your PV faults. Installed 8.8KW PV system with Tesla Powerwall 2. There were some hardware failures, but these were fixed without any hassle, highly recommended.

Duncan and team installed a 5.6kW solar system, Tesla PW2 and Eddi water heater control module. Installation was over 3 days (just an hour required on Day 3), everything tidied at the end of each day and system explained by Duncan at the end. Duncan is very patient and passionate about his work and it shows. Excellent from first point of contact onwards. Will certainly be using Duncan again if I extend my solar PV system and heartily recommenced his services. Not the cheapest out there but you get what you pay for and the Ceiba teams re worth every penny.

We used Ceiba Renewables to install 6kW of Solar panels and a Tesla Powerwall 2 battery. From initial discussions with Duncan through to the installation with Simon and Chris, the whole experience has been first class. This has been a large investment and having looked at several options from other companies we opted to go with Ceiba due to the quality of products they use and the reviews from other customers. The job was booked in and everything ran like clockwork, the guys turned up promptly, their friendliness and attention to detail was second to none. Simon and Chris were very thorough, you could tell they took real pride in making the installation not only work but make sure the cables and install was as tidy as possible. They were also excellent at explaining how the system worked and answered any questions I had about the setup. The first moment we went ‘off-grid’ was an amazing feeling, seeing the technology work is superb. I cannot rate Ceiba Renewables highly enough, real pleasure to deal with, and would not hesitate to use again.

Simon and Chris installed my Powerwall between 28 and 29 October, arriving when they said they would and completing the work when they promised. Overall a professional approach to the work, which required some creative thinking particularly as I wanted the equipment sited high on a wall. Nothing was too much trouble. Technically there was a lot to consider and any challenges presented were met with a clearly thought out plan of action, then resolved. The equipment and operation of it was carefully explained and any questions answered. As a bonus the location was left clean and tidy! I would recommend CEIBA for this type of work without hesitation.

We had excellent support from Duncan and Romina as the project developed and from Simon and Chris who did the installation. The whole process was carried out in a very efficient and timely way. As well as being impressed by the quality of work, we also received excellent advice on how best to use the system from very knowledgeable and engaged practitioners.
