We had a Tesla Powerwall and Solar Panels fitted by Ceiba Renewables. They did all the prep work with SSE etc and then booked in for 2 days to complete the installation. Simon and Chris were excellent - great job and very tidy (hoovered up after themselves) so we are very pleased with the job. Got a comprehensive explanation on how everything worked from Simon. The guys Chris & Peter who did the solar panels installation were very good as well. Would highly recommend Ceiba Renewables for your installation.

Ceiba provided an effective and comprehensive service. Excellent communication throughout the process, keeping us informed. The office staff assisted in dealing with an issue with our energy supplier. The electrician also gave us important on-site advice about the installation of an electric vehicle charger which has saved us a great deal of problems. He also liaised with the EV charger installer. A couple of minor issues with clearing up. Insulation in the loft was not properly laid back. I had to supply replacement tiles for those broken in the course of installation. Luckily I had these, but the broken tiles were not disposed of, but left lying in a border. Apart from those very minor points, this was an excellent service. The team had to work against the weather coming in, and completed ahead of schedule.

The team from ceiba did all that was promised. They were very punctual, neat and hard working. The two teams, electrical and roof panel installation coordinated seamlessly and it was clear that they were highly experienced in this field. At and during the installation all the components fully explained to me and they ensured I fully understood how the system functioned and where all the isolation points were located and how to reset the Tesla battery if ever required. The control app was set up and explained in detail to me. Everything was left neat and tidy before departure. I highly recommend this firm if you are considering a solar and battery installation for your property.

I want to ensure that the Ceiba Renewables team are appropriately recognised for their excellent service delivery. From Duncan’s initial visit, Farisa and Romina’s pre-install support through to the expert installation, our experience was a credit to them all. Chris and Peter did a fantastic job in installing the 15 panels on our roof in less than ideal weather conditions (cold and windy), with the end product looking great - the upper and lower rows are exactly aligned. Then Chris Black and Simon Young completed the installation with the internal electrical hook-up and commissioning. I cant fault the work they did, it was high quality, tidy and of a very high standard. In fact, Simon highlighted and corrected some poor quality work done by the electrician who installed our car charger, which we were indebted to him for as it could have created issues for us later on. First thing the morning after installation, Chris sent through the link to the online dashboard and we now have full visibility of our solar generation. Every member of the team was approachable, friendly, helpful, polite and clearly knew their subject well. All-in-all, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ceiba Renewables to anyone considering a solar PV installation. You can be assured of excellent end-to-end service from them. So much so that we have already told them they’ll be installing our storage battery system next year.

From the moment I contacted Duncan to discuss the project to the moment the system was handed over the process was conducted in a very professional way. My wife and I are delighted with the standard of work. The team were friendly and courteous at all times, even to the point of helping an elderly neighbour who fell outside his house. The scaffolding was taken down as soon as the job was completed, having been put up the day the job started. This was in stark contrast to an installation in my last house where it took 3 weeks before the scaffolding was removed. The only glitch was when the team were about to put up the first panel only to find that they had the wrong fittings. This was the fault of ceiba’s suppliers and was quickly remedied. Duncan called me a few days after the job had been completed to check all was well and the paperwork arrived a few days after that. A great firm to deal with And I can thoroughly recommend them.

I found Ceiba Renewals an excellent company to deal with from start to finish. My first approach was very informative, they took the time to fully explain the advantages of the system. As I was building a new house, my completion timescale was somewhat erratic given the pressures of both Brexit and Covid on building times. At all stages, they accommodated my changing schedule. All the staff I dealt with provided excellent, helpful service. Overall I found then a very professional company both in efficiency and customer care and would have no hesitation in recommending them to any prospective customer.

I have just had Ceiba install 14 SunPower PV panels (5.25kW) along with a Tesla PowerWall 2. The panels were physically installed on two aspects of the roof in one day and then a few days later Chris & Simon came to do all the wiring and PowerWall installation over 2 more days - all as planned. All work was done to a very high standard with excellent communication throughout. Both site teams (and the office team) were friendly, professional and helpful throughout the process - can't recommend them enough. Thanks.

If you're thinking of installing solar pv and/or a Powerwall you cannot do better than this highly professional company. Many thanks to Duncan, Romina and Farisa in the office for always providing friendly, accessible support and advice, to Chris and Peter from Eco Solutions who worked quickly and efficiently to install 10 stunningly beautiful Sunpower Solar pv Panels on my front porch roof, and most of all to Simon and Chris who worked so hard to install the Powerwall and link all the components up so they co-ordinate perfectly to provide the most efficient - and easy to use - system for generating solar-powered energy here. All components are top notch and have been carefully selected and thoughtfully designed to work together in an integrated intelligent package, all of which is explained and demonstrated clearly (and with great patience!) to a technophobe like me. The challenging logistics of installing on a small Scottish island in an old chaotically-wired farmhouse did not deter them: they remained cheerful, positive and consummately professional throughout, leaving me with a cleaner, tidier and more logically- and safely-wired house than i had before. The system is simple to use and saving me money already. Many, many thanks to the whole team, I cant recommend you all highly enough.

Simon and Chris installed my Powerwall between 28 and 29 October, arriving when they said they would and completing the work when they promised. Overall a professional approach to the work, which required some creative thinking particularly as I wanted the equipment sited high on a wall. Nothing was too much trouble. Technically there was a lot to consider and any challenges presented were met with a clearly thought out plan of action, then resolved. The equipment and operation of it was carefully explained and any questions answered. As a bonus the location was left clean and tidy! I would recommend CEIBA for this type of work without hesitation.

I first used Ceiba in 2012 and, having moved house, was keen to enjoy the benefits of solar power once again. They provided an excellent service on my first installation and therefore Duncan was my first choice for a new system. From the initial survey to the finished project, Ceiba were excellent. I couldn't be happier with my new system and it is performing far above my expectations. In particular having a Tesla Powerwall has transformed how the solar setup works and has given us a system that is virtually self sufficient even as we approach winter. I know it wasn't the easiest site for the install, but they overcame all the challenges and left an extremely neat and tidy installation. I know also, from previous experience, that their customer service is excellent, even after installation, which is important and reassuring when making such a large investment. Just had 5.2 kw solar panels & a Zappy 2 EV charger installed. All those involved in the installation & commisioning the system were very efficient, clean & tidy. Simon & Chris were very helpful, even installing software on my phone to monitor my EV charger. Will be seeing Simon & Chris next month when they will be installing 2 Tesla Powerwalls.

From start to finish I have found everyone in this company and the roofing company they work closely with to be friendly, helpful and have carried out their jobs to a very high standard. It really was a pleasure to have such a conscientious, tidy group of workers build our replacement garage roof then work as a team with the electrician to install our solar panels.

The work they performed at our neighbour’s home was nothing short of fabulous, so we took their recommendation on board by also having Solar edge panels and Tesla Power Wall battery installed to our property by CEIBA. We used Ceiba Renewables to install 6kW of Solar panels and a Tesla Powerwall 2 battery. From initial discussions with Duncan through to the installation with Simon and Chris, the whole experience has been first class. This has been a large investment and having looked at several options from other companies we opted to go with Ceiba due to the quality of products they use and the reviews from other customers. The job was booked in and everything ran like clockwork, the guys turned up promptly, their friendliness and attention to detail was second to none. Simon and Chris were very thorough, you could tell they took real pride in making the installation not only work but make sure the cables and install was as tidy as possible. They were also excellent at explaining how the system worked and answered any questions I had about the setup. The first moment we went ‘off-grid’ was an amazing feeling, seeing the technology work is superb. I cannot rate Ceiba Renewables highly enough, real pleasure to deal with, and would not hesitate to use again.

Excellent work and a very professional team. Communication with the company was very straight forward with a lot of expertise and good selections of options. Duncan helps us to arrange the battery delivery and match the system to existing solar panels and inverters. The installation process happened shortly earlier than it was initially anticipated in current circumstances. Ceiba informed us of all the details well in advance. Ceiba have installed our 5.85kW Solar PV system and Powerwall. The installation experience has been exceptional from start to finish. A friendly and enthusiastic team of professionals has done an excellent job with first class quality of work! For some of the installation cabling they decided on more difficult options requiring more work, to ensure a neater and more aesthetically pleasing finish - that was pretty amazing! We decided that the time was right to invest in a solar PV system with a battery back up, several quotes were obtained and I must admit to being perplexed at the variety of systems and advice. Duncan at Ceiba was on holiday when I made contact however Lucy sent me a questionaire to complete with the promise that Duncan would come back to me on his return. After speaking with some of the other installers I had quotes from, they seemed to be less inclined to go into detail and help me understand what I was buying. I then received a quote from Ceiba with proposed panel siting and numerous technical details followed up with a detailed discussion in my home with Duncan. Although his quote was at the top end of all the quotes and my budget, the attention to detail and professionalism showed to my case gave me a very good feeling. After a brief period of negotiation we agreed on a scope of work and a final price. We were kept up to date with proposed installation dates and even managed to jump the queue due to a cancellation (virus related). The guys appeared on time and did exactly what was agreed, the installation of the panels was completed on one day, thanks guys, and the Powerwall took a day on either side of this. All the installers showed great professionalism and an ethos to do the right job for the client. Overall I cannot say it was the cheapest but when you stand back and look at the complete package I feel Ceiba offer tremendous value for money.

I picked this company from the tesla recommended supplier and installer. My first point of contact was Duncan himself i explained what i was wanting a tesla power wall and add extra 3.2 kW solar to my existing 4kw solar he was very helpful and understanding of what i was wanting he gave me two or three pricing ideas which suited me best explained to me what was involved and in Jan spoke to me a couple of days before to see if it was ok to install system Chris and boys turned up a couple of days and was fitted all working would recommend this company and would like to thank Lucy for her help with the paperwork side
