We had no water from our shower/ bath taps. I feared the pump may have needed replaced. However Aaron from Celcius took some time to examine, and identify the problem as an air lock, and fixed everything. He re-sealed up the bath and left everything neat and well finished. (I was very happy we didn't need to buy a new pump!) Excellent work, and I would recommend

The whole team are fantastic. The owner, the management team, the staff and the engineers have all been professional, helpful and efficient. I have used celsius a number of times and each time the experience and service has been excellent. Just had a new combi boiler system with hive fitted as my heating and hot water was a storage tank and gravity fed from a water tank. Water was so slow. This new system fitted will make a massive difference and I'm so grateful for the team. The engineers Blair and Aaron caused minimal disruption, they were clean and tidy and nothing was too much trouble especially since they had to remove the water tank, hot water storage tank and a large cage that held the tanks. I'm on 3rd floor so that must have been tricky and exhausting for them going up and down 3 flights of stairs. Came across issue with showers but the guys including the owner Mark dealt with the problem without any fuss which I'm grateful for. Thanks again. I would highly recommend Celsius plumbing and heating especially if you want to upgrade your heating system.

I had my boiler serviced with Celsius, as I do every year. They are a fantastic local company that I've used since moving here. They are always very friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I've never had a problem that wasn't resolved quickly and professionally. All the engineers are so friendly, polite and respectful of my property. I would happily recommend them to anybody looking for a local company.

It was a simple job of providing a gas safety certificate for a gas hob. Communication was great throughout, I knew approximately when the engineer was due and he contacted me shortly before he arrived to tell me he was on his way. He was quick and efficient, clean and tidy, friendly and polite. The paperwork was quick to arrive and the invoice easily settled. I would thoroughly recommend Celsius, I've been using them for a few years and have found them very easy and pleasant to deal with

I had my boiler replaced. There was good communication throughout the process of ordering, carrying out the work and follow-up visit. The plumbers were very punctual and the work was carried out to a high standard. I have used the company previously and they are very reliable, give good advice and are trustworthy.

A new boiler was fitted

Annual boiler service. Connor arrived promptly, very pleasant. He was thorough, checking radiators and carbon monoxide alarm. First time we had used Celsius and will definitely use them again.

Our water cut off due to faulty "Surestop "stopcock. I was recommended Celsius by a friend as a reliable , responsive and not overly expensive company My call was handled courteously , all costs were explained up front and an engineer was on site within an hour or so. Robert explained what needed done and carried out necessary repairs and left the place looking tidy. Would use again.
