From boiler services to toilet repairs and installing bathroom sink and vanity units, Lee and his employees have done it all for me. Arrive on time, but call ahead if they expect delays. Work carried out to a very high standard, polite and friendly and leave the work area clean. Highly recommended and completely trustworthy.

We really cannot fault this company. From our initial enquiry to carrying out the work itself, the team acted professionally and seamlessly. Minor plumbing was undertaken in our kitchen and en suite. Communication was first-rate, the work was completed to a professional standard at a very reasonable price, and the two team members who carried out the work were polite and helpful throughout. The work took place on the agreed date and at the agreed price. My wife and I were very impressed, and to find such an outstanding company on our doorstep was the icing on the cake. We will, without doubt, use this company again, which in itself speaks volumes. A glowing review and totally deserved.

First class service from Centraheat from the original quotation and installation advice through to the subsequent installation itself. The team installed a new Combi Boiler and a full set of new radiators. The installation team themselves proved to be highly skilled technicians who were happy to answer any questions asked of their customer. The complex installation was completed within the time frame quoted and the house was left in a very clean condition on completion of the work. The quote provided by Centraheat was competitive when compared to similar installers and significantly lower than British Gas. I thoroughly recommend Centraheat for their central heating requirements.

We used this firm to reconfigure our hot water cylinder and the associated heating and hot water pipes. This was, in part, getting ready for a full bathroom refurbishment and new shower cubicle, all of which they completed too. From the outset, Lee and his team, including his sub contractor builder and electrician, were considerate, helpful and full of good advice. When the work was underway they tidied up every night, and ensured all was well. The work was carried out carefully and to a very high standard. We have nothing but praise for them and their work. We would happily use them again, or recommend to any other customer.

I needed to replace a 45 year old gas boiler in the cellar of our home which supplies hot water and central heating. The requirement was to use the existing chimney as an exhaust flue. I spoke to many companies who variously gave me wrong information, e.g. manufacturers no longer produce free standing gas boilers, a flue liner up and existing chimney needs inspection points every 2 metres; utter tripe and it was obvious that those companies were interested only in installing a combi boiler which was not a practical solution. Lee from Centraheat took the requirement away and came back with a bespoke solution that ticked all of my boxes. The installation work was undertaken extremely professionally and completed with minimum fuss and mimimum disruption to the household. I am very pleased with the result and woud not hesitate in recommending them as they arrive when they say they will and are very approachable.

Lee was extremely helpful and courteous when coming to estimate for the job. We were confident it would be done well. We were not disappointed, Brett did a fantastic job on relocating our hot water tank, the pipes to the bathroom, and upgrading our heating system. This was essential for the upcoming bathroom refit, which Centraheat will do too. We have every confidence that this too will be a really good job. We have no hesitation in recommending Centraheat and their team.

Booking was a breeze and on the day Lee and his apprentice worked solidly for 8 hours to service and repair the boiler, fix jammed motors for heating and hot water and do a complete power flush of the system. Throughout the day it was service with a smile.

It's all been said before but worth saying again: friendly, efficient, professional. Our job proved a little exasperating for all concerned with the floor being a tad troublesome but they stuck with it and we now have a fully accessible wetroom which looks brilliant. As per other reviews, Robs attention to detail when covering up all the hard work done by Brett, George, the contractors for the plastering and electrics and Lee himself on occasions, was first class. We always use Centraheat now that John Flannagan has pretty much retired - nice to be able to continue with the same family!
