We used this firm to reconfigure our hot water cylinder and the associated heating and hot water pipes. This was, in part, getting ready for a full bathroom refurbishment and new shower cubicle, all of which they completed too. From the outset, Lee and his team, including his sub contractor builder and electrician, were considerate, helpful and full of good advice. When the work was underway they tidied up every night, and ensured all was well. The work was carried out carefully and to a very high standard. We have nothing but praise for them and their work. We would happily use them again, or recommend to any other customer.

I needed to replace a 45 year old gas boiler in the cellar of our home which supplies hot water and central heating. The requirement was to use the existing chimney as an exhaust flue. I spoke to many companies who variously gave me wrong information, e.g. manufacturers no longer produce free standing gas boilers, a flue liner up and existing chimney needs inspection points every 2 metres; utter tripe and it was obvious that those companies were interested only in installing a combi boiler which was not a practical solution. Lee from Centraheat took the requirement away and came back with a bespoke solution that ticked all of my boxes. The installation work was undertaken extremely professionally and completed with minimum fuss and mimimum disruption to the household. I am very pleased with the result and woud not hesitate in recommending them as they arrive when they say they will and are very approachable.

Centraheat's staff were extremely courteous and professional when I enquired about a hot water cylinder installation. The office staff and the engineers were quick to respond, prompt and professional. I would definitely use their services in the future and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Lee was extremely helpful and courteous when coming to estimate for the job. We were confident it would be done well. We were not disappointed, Brett did a fantastic job on relocating our hot water tank, the pipes to the bathroom, and upgrading our heating system. This was essential for the upcoming bathroom refit, which Centraheat will do too. We have every confidence that this too will be a really good job. We have no hesitation in recommending Centraheat and their team.

Booking was a breeze and on the day Lee and his apprentice worked solidly for 8 hours to service and repair the boiler, fix jammed motors for heating and hot water and do a complete power flush of the system. Throughout the day it was service with a smile.

I used Centraheat to install the boiler a few years ago and was sufficiently pleased with their work that I have used them since to service the boiler, which is what they did on this visit. Arrived at the agreed time, did the work and left the place clean and tidy. I will use them again, and am happy to recommend them.

This work was scheduled to take 4 days and was completed on time, without any complications. The installation team were friendly and courteous, on time, enthusiastic, good communicators and absolutely competent. We are delighted with the quality of the work undertaken. Rob was on time, as always, and completed a boiler service. He advised on parts that needed to be monitored and replaced during the next annual service. It's all been said before but worth saying again: friendly, efficient, professional. Our job proved a little exasperating for all concerned with the floor being a tad troublesome but they stuck with it and we now have a fully accessible wetroom which looks brilliant. As per other reviews, Robs attention to detail when covering up all the hard work done by Brett, George, the contractors for the plastering and electrics and Lee himself on occasions, was first class. We always use Centraheat now that John Flannagan has pretty much retired - nice to be able to continue with the same family!

Lee and his colleagues recently worked with me to completely renovate my outdated bathroom, ripping out everything that was there and installing a modern shower, new sanitary ware, bespoke shelving etc instead. I am thoroughly delighted with the result. Rob, who carried out all the main works, was professional, knowledgeable and efficient, sharing his experience with me when decisions needed to be taken. The standard and quality of workmanship was exemplary throughout, each stage of the installation was fully explained, and everything was left clean and tidy overnight. The water/electrics were only switched off for very short periods so there was almost no disruption. Lee brought in other tradesmen (plasterer, electrician etc) as necessary without my having to worry about project managing the job. These other trades provided an equally excellent service. In all, I found all the CentraHeat staff I had dealings with reliable and trustworthy, and always polite and friendly, from Lee himself, his heating engineers and the friendly office staff who were always happy to help promptly with any issues. I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending this firm. I will certainly use the company again (I'm a very picky customer - this may not be music to Lee's ears!), and have already passed their details to friends and family.

The main reason I chose CentraHeat Ltd to fit my new boiler and flush out the heating system, was out a sense of loyalty. They were the only company or plumber to return my calls and react quickly to my issues with my old boiler this winter, including coming out at 9:30pm on a weekend to fix the old boiler when my grandchildren were staying and the the time. Rob was the engineer who fitted my new boiler over the 3 day period in April. He was polite and his workmanship was excellent creating little or no mess. Having already used Lee and his team for replacing a power shower I had no qualms in asking them to replumb and relocate a sink, replace a number of radiators and correct a faulty heating layout. All work was carried out as promised to a high standard by Jack who worked diligently and in a friendly manner leaving the area clean and tidy and keeping us fully informed throughout. Liaison with customer services was also excellent and we will definitely use again and recommend to family and friends.

Keith carried out a thorough service on our 14yr old Glow Worm boiler giving us confidence it was safe and working correctly. He exceeded the WHICH guidelines for servicing and even vacuumed out the unit. He was approachable and knowledgeable. We will use Centraheat Ltd again.
