Great experience
Recently had a daiken Ashp installed - install went smoothly and a special mention to the installers who were polite and helpful throughout the whole installation. Price was competitive and after sales was even better. A special mention to Ben who took time out on a Sunday and came to explain and optimise the system. Sam was great also and took care of all the paperwork and grant applications. Would definitely recommend certified renewables if you are looking for Ashp.

I love my heat pump!

Ben was amazingly patient explaining the costs, savings and process of a heat pump installation and Sam made the paperwork and application for the government grant very easy. We are so happy with the Daikin heat pump-our house is much warmer and we have plenty of hot water. We also had solar fitted which makes it all very economical to run. It is also very quiet snd easy to operate. Ben has given us outstanding aftercare and is always on the end of the phone to answer any questions. I would absolutely recommend this company.

My experience with Certified Renewables was excellent. I first contacted them through Instagram and Ben replied to me immediately and set up a call same day to go through my options and what I would like to have fitted. Everything was very transparent in terms of pricing and the equipment choices we could have. Ben then arranged to come down and have a meeting in person before I agreed to anything - there was never any pressure to go through with anything. The team that supported us was fantastic, from the surveyors to the installation team and of course Sam in the office. Sam helped us get the whole system set up with an app and to contact our energy supplier to get the best tariffs and set up charging systems. I would highly recommend this company and their professionalism.

We had our solar panels and battery installed by Certified Renewables and couldn’t be happier. Sam was brilliant from start to finish. He explained everything clearly, kept us updated throughout, and made sure the whole installation went smoothly. The team were polite, tidy and really knew what they were doing. Certified Renewables installed our heat pump during a house renovation and I was very happy with the service. Ben provided clear advice, was patient throughout, and coordinated well with our builder. The installers, Darius and Michael, were thorough, professional, and did a great job. Pricing was competitive, and the after-sales support has been excellent – Ben is quick to respond and has fine-tuned the system for efficiency. The house is comfortable and bills remain reasonable. Had I known them earlier, I would have gone through Certified Renewables for all of my renewable kit. I’d recommend them to anyone considering a transition to renewables.
