The works included 2 No Bosch Split Air Conditioning systems each serving two bedrooms, 4 rooms in total. We highly recommend Chris from CH4 Heating - his work is exceptional. From the outset, the communication has been strong. Starting with a detailed quote and ending with a check-in to make sure that we were satisfied that everything was in good working order. He talks you through every part of the process, has excellent time keeping and pays attention to detail. The sub-contractors that he used were timely, effective and their work was to a high standard. He takes pride in his week and we are thrilled with the finished product, and how it looks aesthetically. I have just had a complete central heating upgrade. I was apprehensive as to who I would use, however I have absolutely no regrets in picking CH4 Heating. They came out completed the survey, took the time to ask what we required, advised what was the best for our specific needs, basically walked us through every aspect of the job. I am delighted with result, a first class job, cleared up as they went and took real pride in their work. Even taking time to explain the hive system, which was alien to me before tonight. I really can not stress enough how delighted I am with all aspect of the installation and have no hesitation in recommending CH4 Heating. Thank you guys.

Called CH4 heating to come round and give us a quote for a new boiler. Chris came round and checked our old conventional boiler which was old (the boiler was the original one fitted when the house was built 38 years ago) He recommended that we have a combi boiler fitted which would be more efficient, the old system needed upgrading and would need quite a bit of work to bring it up to date. On the day of installation, Chris arrived on time and worked solidly for two days. dust sheets were put down where needed, and he cleaned up after leaving no rubbish. All the old pipework was taken away for recycling. The boiler installation was very neat and professionally installed. I can recommend CH4 heating and will be calling on them for servicing and any heating work in the future.

Ask Chris at CH4 Heating to replace an old central heating boiler with a new combi boiler. He came and surveyed the work needed and sent me a quote, which I accepted. I booked him to undertake the work three weeks later. He arrived early on day one, completed the work in two days, & made sure he cleaned up at the end of each day. Very thorough. I am reluctant to tell anyone else how good he is as it means it will take longer for me to get hold of him next time I need him.

I have recently moved, the old boiler was in need of urgent replacement. Chris responded swiftly to my initial enquiry, that was just the start. The attention to detail, floor covers everywhere, extremely neat and tidy work. The boiler is now in the roof, all the old openings in walls, internal & external have been filled and left ready for decoration or matched very closely to the existing brickwork (never had this before). I had a Worcester Bosch boiler replacement at my previous house, but the installation of this boiler was outstanding, thoughtful touches around top up valve in a convenient location, show just how much thought and care Chris applies to his work. Very happy customer would have no hesitation in recommending CH4 Heating.

I have been trying to get someone to service my combi boiler since last year but no-one has even returned my calls despite my having used them in the past. I appreciate with COVID things have been difficult but surely people could still say they aren’t working if that’s the case. I like to use people I know but in desperation I went onto the Worcester Bosch site and CH4 heating came up, I then checked on here and read the reviews. Firstly, my call was actually answered, secondly a time arranged to attend the very next afternoon! So I was already surprised and relieved. Chris arrived within the given timeframe, he was extremely polite and informative, explaining everything that needed to be done, showing me the parts that needed replacing so I could see the wear for myself in comparison to the new parts. Fixed a fault I had been trying to get fixed for years. Now I understand that if I have a heating concern get a heating engineer, not a plumber. Really excellent and worked until half seven to get everything done. Fantastic service, would absolutely recommend.

Chris replaced our old gravity fed system with a new combi boiler. Before the work he came over to give a quote and spend a very long time going through all the details and options with me. He explained everything very thoroughly and make it very clear exactly what work he would be doing. Chris worked tirelessly all day long for two days, making sure he tidied up after himself as he went. He was incredibly thorough and it was clear to see a) he knew exactly what he was doing and b) he was not cutting any corners. Cleaned up after himself well and took care to fill holes etc after putting new pipes in and take old pipes old. Excellent work - I would recommend to anyone!

We contacted Chris recently when our boiler packed up and he came round the same day to assess the situation. We did require a new one (which we were expecting given the age of our old boiler) and Chris was happy to talk us through our options and provided us with a very detailed quotation with lots of information about the work required. When it came to the install Chris arrived early in the morning and worked solidly all day - we are really pleased with the job he did. Everything was installed very neatly, Chris was tidy throughout and patiently explained how everything worked and answered any questions we had. In between his first visit and the install date we had a separate issue and Chris managed to fit us in the next morning to sort things out. All in all we are very pleased with the work from start to finish and would highly recommend CH4 heating.

Chris and John were very prompt and did an excellent installation of new boiler and radiators. Chris also helped with with other home issues I had. He was very patient teaching me to use the heating app on my phone. Thank you very much. Highly recommend.

Fantastic installation of a new boiler system and lots of associated pipework. The service was quick, friendly and super efficient. Amazing steps to ensure no residual mess and attention to detail at every stage. Could not have expected anything more. Also spent ages on the phone beforehand to help us weigh up options and come to a decision about what exactly we wanted

This lovely gentleman responded to my online plea for help first thing this morning. Really pleasant on the phone and offered to come out the same day (today). Chris turned up exactly when he said he would and explained in lay terms about the boiler and what could be causing the issue (it looks like it's just pressure that was the issue). He spent time making sure it was all back in order before leaving and me (and my newborn) are very grateful!

Having had 2 combi boilers installed in previous houses we knew what we looking to have installed. Chris listened to what we had to say and advised on possible options some we had not even considered. He also pointed out the possible implications of the work on a planned future kitchen replacement which saved us money (in the long run). He had a genuine interest in the job and all work was carried out to a high standard sorting any unforeseen issues as they arose but keeping us informed.

Engineer Chris from CH4 heating came and replaced our boiler. Before this he gave us great advice as to which boiler would be best for our property. The work carried out was of a great quality and all surfaces and worktops were protected before hand. Afterwards Chris cleaned up and gave further advice for the newly and neatly installed boiler.
