Mark fitted a new boiler a couple of months back which we are very pleased with (see earlier review). On the Monday evening of last week, there was a problem with the system; although the boiler was up to temperature, the radiators were all cold. I thought it had to do with the system other than the new boiler, but contacted Mark for advice. He returned my call quickly, suggested a likely cause of the problem, and gave advice which allowed me to get the system working on a temporary basis. He called at the end of the following day, confirmed the problem, and returned first thing on Thursday with a colleague to replace the parts needed to return the full system to normal operation, and they were finished within two hours. An exemplary response. Again, to (emphasise, the problem was NOT associated with the new boiler)

Mark replaced out Worcester boiler. He responded promptly with a quotation, and to subsequent clarifications. Competitively priced. The work was carried out around two weeks later, completed in a day, and the area left clean and tidy. Pleasant to deal with. I certainly recommend.

He did a full boiler installation with all the radiators very recently - earlier than the past 6 months. We moved in with no heating. Everything was brilliant and quicker than expected. Was very friendly and he didn't expect anything, just went on with the job. Nothing negative. He gave us advice as I asked what he would do if was his house. Was been really helpful compared to other traders and his attitude. One of the best traders that worked with, caused us no stress. Recommended to me by word of mouth.

Helped me out around 7th of January after I recently moved. I had no clue on the boiler and it wasn't working. When I was searching, I noticed he had 32 years experience. When I phoned him, was able to come almost next day and was sorted within 5 minutes later. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

Mark attended my property to remove an old boiler and replace with new including roof flue. Communication leading up the installation date was good, punctual arrival, explained what was happening at each setting met expectations. Finished in good time and left with no trace that any work had been completed.
