Contacted Alex when I realised there was a water leak behind my kitchen sink unit. He called the same day, in between planned jobs, to take a look and see what he could do. The water leak was far worse than I’d anticipated being found under the floorboards, water spraying out from the old lead pipe below the stop tap. It was a wonder I hadn’t got an underground swimming pool as by the looks of it had been leaking a very long time. He managed to get under the floorboards without having to dismantle my sink unit and make a temporary repair. He said he would return the following week to replace the damaged piping. However he called me two days later to see if I was at home and came back to finish the job. Very pleased I found him on Trusted Traders, he’s a thoroughly nice guy, professional, no mess and I won’t hesitate to use him again. Have already passed his details on to two friends .
