Chelsfield Solar are a dream Electrical Service Provider, punctual, quality workmanship and delivered on what they promised. Like all good professional companies you have to book in advance, but the wait is well worth it. The team that attended were a mix of experience and apprentice which allowed the apprentice to obtain on the job training under the tutelage of a fully experienced coach and mentor. I would recommend to every single household in the UK, and am delighted that I now have electricity in my Man Cave - A job well done.

Chelsfield installed solar panels on my home roof. They were the most helpful and knowledgeable of all the contractors I spoke to, paid attention to my comments and made their own helpful suggestions. I spoke to several people in the organisation and found they were all knowledgeable and helpful. The installation process went without a hitch and I was very impressed at the installation team who did an excellent job, taking care to be as neat as possible with the fitting of wiring and wall boxes. The whole system was installed in one day. The panels have been working well since installation nearly 2 months ago. In all I am very pleased with my choice.

I had a Solar PV and Battery system installed by Chelsfield Solar. I felt Chelsfield presented me with the best options really taking into account the location, surroundings and my electricity demands. They knew the area and were even aware that I would have to navigate getting extra approvals as it was a conservation area, not wanting me to proceed until I had all appropriate permissions in place. I was informed of supply issues around the battery in advance, they highlighted and discussed price changes (which in the current climate were not a surprise) and they provided options to me if I had wanted to look at cheaper alternates. They kept me informed throughout the process. Everything was done to schedule from site survey, scaffolding to installation. They genuinely seem to care about the environment and ensuring you have a system that will operate well for you. I found them knowledgeable, professional and helpful. I would highly recommend.

We recently purchased an empty property and as the previous owner had passed away we had no reference to the Solar PV kit that we had taken on. We were recommended to Chelsfield and from the first time we met they were outstanding in every way. They were especially helpful in assisting with getting the FIT ID transferred to our name which was challenging at times as we have not had Solar PV in the past and our knowledge was zero! All costs for the proposed work were provided in an estimate in a clear and timely manner. The initial survey which outlined some issues we had was comprehensive and easy to understand and the follow up service from the technical guys was thorough and completed to a high standard. Chelsfield were very professional, honest, knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly patient to us newbies - a superb company to work with.

Absolutely brilliant team. Unlike other suppliers I have spoken to, they don't provide a cookie-cutter system; they really do know their stuff. From the sales people (Edward was amazing) and the full install team. Clean, tidy. Wouldn't hesitate at all to give Chelsfield a solar project if you are thinking of it.

I had a PV system fitted by Chelsfield in 2011, they did a really great job and the system ran flawlessly for years. I recommended them to friends and family. The inverter developed a fault after 14 years (typical life of this equipment). Chelsfield helped with advice on replacement options, pros/cons, clear breakdown of costs and pointed out specific details to help satisfy my existing FiT thresholds. Sourcing, booking and installation was all very fast, smooth and clearly communicated. The installation engineers arrived bang on time and were super-polite, tidy and took time to explain differences with new equipment, etc. I'd have no hesitation recommending Chelsfield, as a solid reliable PV installer. They are transparent and honest with the scope works and really look after their customers.

Chelsfield Have been totally professional from the very start of the process. From the initial enquiry to the completion of the installation. The initial enquiry was dealt with promptly. They arrived on the Date specified to carry out the survey for the quote. The quote arrived when they said it would and they promptly answered any questions I had. The installation date was booked and carried out on the date specified. On the installation day 6 fitters arrived and the installation was carried out efficiently and completed on the same day. The installation is extremely neat and all mess removed from the house. All 6 fitters were polite helpful and a pleasure to have around doing the install. Once I'd finally decided on which panels and inverter they were competitive on price.
