Highly recommend Cherry Carpets, an independent shop, they were very helpful and friendly, with no hard sell. They have there own friendly fitters which I liked. Could not fault them. They carpeted our whole house.

Had old floor tiles taken up and lino laid in its place. I changed my mind a bit on the type of flooring after seeing samples and was very pleased with what I got. The fitters were pleasant and kept to time, checked with me at each stage and finished carefully. Would certainly recommend.

Having had an excellet experience with Cherry Carpets last year when they fitted some vinyl to our new bathroom, we recently returned again to have some carpet fitted to our 3rd bedroom and were not disappointed! - From selecting the carpet in the showroom to the day of the fitting, they could not have been more helpful and we would especially like to thank Toby & Matt for their help, advice & attention to detail, resulting in a fantastic job that we are very happy with. We have since recommended them to several friends who have all had a similar experience, so well done Cherry Carpets - we will be returning again soon!

Had new carpets and vinyl fitted in my 2 bedroom flat this month. I initially went into the store and had a very helpful discussion with the team and looked at samples. This was followed up with a home visit by Terry and then both carpets and vinyl were fitted within my requested time scale. I was very impressed with the service and quality of workmanship and products. A speedy personalised service was provided - they were flexible in terms of my needs and went out of their way to fit in with my timelines - and I really appreciated the guidance and advice given. Time keeping was excellent and the team were very friendly, polite, professional, thorough, and tidy. I had previously considered going to the larger carpet chains - but was put off by these larger companies subcontracting out the fitting work and poor reviews in terms of difficulties with following up if any problems. I am really pleased I went instead with a local family-run business - Cherry Carpets employ their fitters - the whole team have gone out of their way in terms of customer service - all responses are speedy - I would 100% recommend them. Thank you!!

Thank you to the team at Cherry Carpets for delivering an outstanding level of service and craftsmanship. From start to finish the process was easy, and the communication on point. 2x sets of stairs, 2x landings and 3x rooms were completed like magic in a day, and there was literally no sign of the works being done as every last bit of fluff and old carpet disappeared with them as they left. You have yourself a customer for life!

Having recently renovated our bathroom we walked into the Cherry Carpets showroom to choose some vinyl flooring. It was just a relatively small job and most carpet shops weren't interested, so what a nice surprise when we visited their showroom - They couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating (and a fantastic range too!) - The fitting was superb, with incredible attention to detail and a real desire to make sure we were completely happy with the job - I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone thinking about any type of flooring and we will definitely be going back when we decorate our hall, stairs & landing later this year!

Cherry Carpets removed the existing flooring, levelled the floor and laid new LVT, throughout our kitchen/diner, hall and WC. They provided a very good service from initial survey to completion of work. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and professional. The fitters went out of their way to fit the work around our family and with the minimum amount of disruption. They also managed to complete the work ahead of schedule. The staff are all in house and this shows in the approach to and quality of the work. We are very happy with the end result and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Excellent customer service and good knowledgeable people. The supply and fitting of the carpet was seamless with no trouble at all. The fitters were really expert and were willing to take up your old carpet and dispose of it. Everything was left clean and tidy. The quality of the carpet and the underlay is very good and the price for the service we experienced was less than we expected. I have no hesitation in recommending them without reservation.

My carpet arrived on the agreed date and was fitted with care. It was large and had to be taken up 2 flights but they managed it without marking the walls. The room and stairs were left clean and tidy. Highly recommend them.

Cherry Carpets Ltd have recently fitted carpets in twelve classrooms and the schools learning resource center. I found them to be totally professional from beginning to end i.e. from the day we asked them to quote for our business to the day they finished the work. The school will be replacing more carpets during the course of the next few months and we will absolutely be asking Cherry Carpets to quote again.

So helpful from when I first entered the shop looking for ideas for replacement vinyl flooring in our bathroom after sustaining a plumbing leak. I took home several samples to check colours and then the process of ordering was very well organised and efficient. The fitter worked so hard to get the flooring just right which was difficult in the tight space behind the toilet but he has done an excellent job. We are delighted with the result.

Yesterday, the fitter Brian removed old carpet and installed felt-backed vinyl flooring in our dining room. It looks fantastic – very modern and clean and in on-trend gray. As always (this is the 3rd time we've used Cherry Carpets), the work was done on time, on budget, and very professionally. Brian was friendly and thoughtful and cleaned everything up afterwards. He's returning in a couple of weeks to do the 4th instalment in our ongoing project of reflooring the whole house. We have no hesitation in highly recommending Cherry Carpets, the owner Terry, the fitters and the other staff we've talked to.

Cherry Carpets had already completed two jobs for me (one carpet for stairs and landings, one hard flooring) and I had no hesitation in calling on them for the third job - replacing an old carpet in a hallway with Moduleo tiles. Not a big job but a fiddly one, with four doorways/frames. As before, the person they sent (Brian, on this occasion) was professional, courteous, thoughtful in someone else's house and scrupulous in checking on details/choices. On my recommendation, a friend had some work done by Cherry Carpets, and is also delighted.

Brian our fitter was able to improve on the cad plan for tile pattern provided by Amtico for our Classic Argent design. He also put a lot of thought into how best to do the trims between floorings / doorways. He regularly checked in with us and we always agreed and ran with his suggestions. His attention to detail (and we are picky) resulted in a very high standard. He was very friendly and professional. We are delighted with the finished result and would definitely use Cherry Carpets again.

Had 4 rooms fitted with new carpet. Fitters came when arranged and fitted the carpets with minimum fuss and left the house tidy - good advice about what underlay, etc... to choose. Very happy with service.

Excellent attention to detail from the initial survey through to completion. Competitive price and problems found after fitting were quickly booked in for fixing. I would recommend them.

Used our local shop Cherry Carpets on recommendation from a neighbour, could not speak more highly of their excellent service, from the original estimate, through the order and final laying. The two fitters were extremely efficient and left the room beautifully tidy. I could not be happier with the service.
