Louis and Neal from Chiltern Plumbing & Heating replaced my boiler in February and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. They were incredibly helpful, courteous and answered all my questions. They did an amazing job installing the new boiler and cleaned up thoroughly once they were done. I am really impressed with my new boiler as it is so much quieter and heats up the house more quickly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Chiltern Plumbing and Heating. Booked a boiler service, the appointment day came and went with no show from this company. Eventually, I managed to contact them and the appointment was rebooked for the following Friday. Friday came and went and again no show, no phone call, no apology, nothing. Total waste of time. This company used to be great but alas no longer. Very poor customer service shall now go elsewhere.

I called Chiltern Plumbing on 31 August to request a quote to replace a couple of shower pumps. I was impressed when Louis said he would come round at 1.00pm on the following Tuesday 7 September. However, when he had not shown up or contacted me by 3.00pm on the Tuesday I called him and was told he would be round later that day. Another 90 minutes later he appeared, looked at the work required and said he'd let me have a quote the next day. A week later I had still not received anything, so called him to be told the same thing - a quote would follow the following day. Again, nothing appeared. I then texted him a couple of times in the following week but did not receive a response. Having waited 3+ weeks for a quote, which has still not appeared, I am looking elsewhere, but am annoyed that a month has been wasted.

Having contacted other companies to no avail I gave Louis a call. I was answered immediately which was a great relief, he was helpful, polite and promptly gave us a quotation and a date to start the work. This was during the freezing weather, he quickly slotted us in as we had no heating or hot water. He arrived as scheduled with everything he needed to hand. Louis and Neil both worked on removing the old boiler and installing the new one with great care and efficiency, keeping us informed as things progressed. The work was excellent and to a high standard and when they had finished they cleaned up what little mess they had made and left the area spotless. I do not hesitate in recommending this company to anyone, you will get a first-class job. I am pleased to have found a company I can trust and will be using them in the future for any further plumbing works.

I can not recommend Chiltern Heating & Aerials Ltd enough especially in this difficult time of living with the risk of Coronavirus. When my boiler could not be coaxed into keeping going I contacted Chiltern Heating. Louis promptly came, assessed the problem & a new boiler was ordered. Just four days later he fitted this, working alone in gloves and mask as we were self isolating. His approach was exemplary as he even used his phone to stay in contact with me in another room. A thoroughly professional job from a first rate company. I have already recommended Louis to a friend who was equally delighted with his work.

I used Chiltern Plumbing to repair a failed gas boiler. They were easy to contact and arranged appointments at convenient times. The engineer was helpful, very experienced and completed quite a major repair on an awkwardly-situated boiler. He clearly explained what needed to be done. The price was reasonable for the work that was required. I would certainly use this company again and happy to recommend to others.

This company is brilliant. They responded immediately when I left a message on the website. Louis came round the next day and actually listened to what I wanted. He was able to fit my new boiler on a day that best suited me. They arrived when they said they would and stayed till the job was done. A tidy and efficient job all round. Very pleased with the work and aftercare. Really recommend a local company like this.

I needed a toilet replaced and Chiltern Plumbing & Heating did a fantastic job. The plumber arrived at the time and date we had agreed and quickly established my requirements. During the work, I was consulted about available options and to ensure the work was proceeding to my satisfaction. The plumber was friendly and worked hard to complete the task promptly. When the work was finished, I was given advice on how long to leave the toilet to allow it to set in position and was also informed of the warranty period. The price for the work was very competitive and the work area was left clean and clear of any rubbish. I am delighted with the work that Chiltern Plumbing & Heating did for me. An honest, local company. If in the future I need a plumber, I will be using this company again and I would recommend them to anyone.

We began using Louis to service our boiler a couple of years ago and he quickly earned our trust by re-invigorating our heating system and going the extra mile in his work. He cleaned and serviced components that other engineers had never touched! Since then we have used him to replace radiators, diagnose faults and (most recently) replace our hot water cylinder. Whatever the size of the job, he has always been very responsive, on time and has delivered high-quality work. We are definitely not going anywhere else.
