Chris came to give us a quote on electrical work to our house and the garage. He was very professional in his approach and was good at giving us advice and answering lots of questions about the work we wanted done. The quote he gave us was very competitive considering the amount of work that needed doing especially with regards to rewiring and putting a new fuse board in garage. We set a date for work to be completed and he arrived on schedule and completed all the tasks. He was very careful to clean up any mess. When we examined the garage, we found the quality of the equipment was even better than we expected and within the quote price range. Chris came highly recommended by our amazing heating engineer and we were pleased to have used him.

Chris of AC Electrics was a pleasure to deal with - he was prompt, reliable and extremely professional in his work ethic - He replaced lighting in three rooms and installed our underfloor heating - He also made recommendations to install lighting in our attic, which has made a tremendous difference, improved the lighting in the kitchen, he also kindly removed an old alarm box Nothing was too much trouble, he was thorough, along with his assured pleasant manner - his certification arrived the day after he finished - I would have no hesitation in recommending him to any of my friends or family

We had Chris come and fit two different types of lighting in our shower room. LED lights and some mood lighting. Chris turned up on time when he said and carried out the work to a high standard. I contacted Chris at AC Electrics to provide EICR's (Electrical Installation Condition Reports) for a number of properties in line with new legislation. I had never met Chris, and still haven't, but he managed to complete all inspection at the agreed time for a fair price. I received the reports with 5 days via email and have since recontracted him to provide upgrades to the installation at one of the properties. Once again this has all been done at distance via call/email/bank transfer which is good for a busy landlord during a pandemic. My tenants have confirmed Chris was a tidy worker who completed the inspections in a timely and unobtrusive manner. I am completely happy with my experience of AC Electrics and would therefore feel happy to recommend them to others.

We were recommended Chris by another tradesman and were really impressed with his very friendly personality and helpfulness. I started to use Chris 18-months ago as I was very frustrated with electricians who started really well in helping me with my regular requirements within my HMO portfolio in Lincoln but after a while was either too busy or, worse, in my opinion, failed to return my numerous calls.
