Chris is a friendly professional, helpful person who kept his appointments and undertook the work at the quotation given. He was a tidy worker, respectful and caring in what he did. There were no problems, his communication and attitude was great. I have never needed an electrician before so I was pleased at the install and the cost of the job was very resonable. I have no hesitation in recommending Chris and would contact him for any future work.

I have used Chris previously with our kitchen re-fit and the project worked out exactly as planned. We needed to make few alterations from plan, due to existing impediments (joist position / stud wall structure) but Chris handled these changes perfectly with excellent communication and we ultimately ended up with a brilliant finish. So I was never going to consider using anyone else when we planned our latest latest project, a bathroom re-fit. Chris came over and made a home visit, a few months before the work was planned to commence, to discuss the various electrical switch / dimer options, extractor fan choices and how we might best instal and fit LED strip-lights into the 2 planned alcoves. Once again, with excellent communication and finish the bathroom has finished up exactly as planned and we are absolutely delighted with the electrical aspect of this bathroom re-fit. I will definitely use Chris again, for an en-suite re-fit next year. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Chris, he is friendly, skilful, knowledgeable, and totally reliable.

Chris (A C Electrics) recently undertook a whole house and garage rewire fitting downlights in various locations. Whilst dreading the mess beforehand I can honestly say that Chris was very considerate, kept mess and damage to decor etc. to an absolute minimum, always clearing up at the end of the day. He was always cheerful and easy to have around. He came across problems but always looked for the best solution which invariably resulted in a perfect solution. The quality of work was first class and I would have no hesitation in recommending Chris for any electrical work.

Chris undertook some electrical work for us in our porch, tidied some existing cables etc. re-cabled the lights circuit and fitted a new light and installed a Ring doorbell. Chris did the electrics for my new shower room ... installed extractor fan with light and roof vent tile - installed down lights - radiator - mirror - changed pull chord to wall mounted switch and made a thoroughly good neat job. The job was a fair price and would certainly recommend him .

Chris came to give us a quote on electrical work to our house and the garage. He was very professional in his approach and was good at giving us advice and answering lots of questions about the work we wanted done. The quote he gave us was very competitive considering the amount of work that needed doing especially with regards to rewiring and putting a new fuse board in garage. We had Chris come and fit two different types of lighting in our shower room. LED lights and some mood lighting. Chris turned up on time when he said and carried out the work to a high standard. I contacted Chris at AC Electrics to provide EICR's (Electrical Installation Condition Reports) for a number of properties in line with new legislation. I had never met Chris, and still haven't, but he managed to complete all inspection at the agreed time for a fair price. I received the reports with 5 days via email and have since recontracted him to provide upgrades to the installation at one of the properties. Once again this has all been done at distance via call/email/bank transfer which is good for a busy landlord during a pandemic. My tenants have confirmed Chris was a tidy worker who completed the inspections in a timely and unobtrusive manner. I am completely happy with my experience of AC Electrics and would therefore feel happy to recommend them to others.

I am the Committee member responsible for the electrical systems in a block of 24 Flats. Chris McLoughlin is one of our regular electricians, and is always prompt to respond, discuss problems, and carry out the subsequent work. In the period 17-20 Feb 2020, he carried out the 5-yearly Inspection of the general electrical system, and issued the necessary Certificate. He also inspected the Emergency Lights system, replaced six failed/degraded fittings, completed the Inspection, and issued the necessary Certificate. I was completely satisfied with his prompt and efficient work.

This work involved replacing nine lights of different types at a block of Flats, both internal and external. We had a competitive tendering by three local electricians and Chris's response was the most professional and cost-effective that we received. He had arranged for a specialist lighting adviser to come and discuss the most appropriate fittings for our needs. After acceptance by the Committee, Chris carried out the work himself in a very efficient manner.

Chris replaced aged wiring in our entrance hall, plus fitted an outside light and a security light. Options were fully explained & quoted. The jobs were completed very professionally and tidily. We are happy with the finished result / will use again and happy to recommend.
