Chris came to quote up the cost of painting our small bedroom which has just been replastered and remedial decorating after getting new windows fitted. I found the quote to be reasonable and communication good. His colleague Sorin had a bit of a job with the new plaster as it wasn't the smoothest base, but looking at the walls now, you'd never know! The job was finished to a high standard and frankly, I can't find any faults (and I have high expectations). Polite, unobtrusive, respectful and we're very happy. Highly recommended, would definitely go back to them again in future.

Chris redecorated our rear bedroom, which hadn’t been touched in over 25 years. He plastered all of the cracks in the wall, fully lined the walls, sanded and re-painted the picture rails and painted the walls. The whole process was completely stress free from the start. Chris arrived at the same time each morning and worked so hard each day. He was extremely tidy and left the room tidy and clean every day. I work from home and barely noticed he was there! He did a fantastic job and the room looks amazing! His work is so neat and there were no issues at all. In fact, we are hoping to have him back very soon to decorate two more rooms. Great service!

Chris was recommended to me approximately 8 years ago and since then he has decorated every room in my house. He is very professional, punctual, reliable and trustworthy. I have no hesitation giving him my house keys or leaving him in my house alone. His work is excellent and he will do any job whether big or small. He has just repainted a ceiling and coving in the room he decorated for me last year as I decided I wanted the ceiling a lighter colour. He is always careful not to damage anything in the room. He put heavy duty dust sheets on the carpet (I didn’t want the self adhesive plastic carpet protector used), covered the curtains and attached a delicate masking tape under the coving to which with tape he attached plastic sheets to protect the wallpaper. He always leaves the room clean and tidy. I thoroughly recommend Chris.

Chris & Osin have decorated the dining room, lounge, hall, stairs and landing to perfection. The end result is flawless. They arrived punctually and worked a full day. They could not have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. It was a pleasure to have them in the house.

Chris Roach Limited recently carried out decorations to the bathroom, hall, stairs, landing and entrance lobby in my house. Everything has gone really well and I am very pleased with the excellent outcome. The removal of the old wallpaper, making good, priming and painting of the walls and ceilings were carried out in a very efficient and professional manner, to a very high standard and at reasonable cost. All work was conducted with great care. Chris and his colleague are very friendly, kept me regularly updated on progress and answered all my questions. What can I say! I can only repeat what others have said. He is a lovely trustworthy person and his workmanship is first class. He decorated our kitchen and toilet and job was completed earlier than anticipated. He spent time with preparation and all aspects of decorating and leaving everything perfectly clean. Would certainly recommend him and it was a pleasure to have him around. He stressed if we had any problems to get back to him.

They re-decorated my house and did a first-rate job. I am very impressed with quality of the workmanship. They worked quickly, always left the house tidy and organised the work so as to cause me as little inconvenience as possible. There are a lot of cowboys out there and I consider myself fortunate to have found them. I have no hesitation in fully recommending them.

This was a big job which involved stripping off 6 layers of wall paper on the landing, stairs and hall along with the lounge. Chris had to make good the walls and then do the re-decoration which involved a great deal of wallpaper hanging. He was meticulous and did extra bits too. He was extremely tidy which was importantly to us. I would say a real craftsman! He was ably supported by Sorin - they made a great team. Thank you - the result is fantastic!

Repainting a small bathroom ceiling following a water leak. From start to finish, Chris was very thorough and professional. They arrived bang on time, completed the work to a very high standard and made sure I was happy with the work as we went along. They also made sure to tidy up the bathroom and hallway once they’d finished. Would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Chris and his team are real craftsmen. Our experience of their work was during an interior repaint of our whole (small) house. We continued to live there & they worked with and around us. The quality of work was first-class, with a high level of attention to detail. They were very tidy with the way they went about the job and everything was put away at night causing minimum inconvenience to us, certainly much less than anticipated. They arrived on time every morning and were a pleasure to have in the house. I would not hesitate to have Chris return in the future. But as he is much in demand now I would feel lucky to have him back.

We have used Chris on more than one occasion to decorate bedrooms, landings, staircases, reception rooms and the kitchen. He is a professional to his fingertips with a meticulous attention to detail. He also is a master wallpaper and painting expert. Inconvenience during the decorating process is kept to an absolute minimum. I would go as far as to say he is friendly and a pleasure to have about the house. And I say this as a Manchester City fan of a Manchester United supporter. I cannot speak too highly of Chris.

We have used Chris several times. His work is flawless. Being a bit messy myself, I am always amazed at how clean and tidy he is. Latest job was to repaint our master bedroom. Brilliant work with minimal disruption. He also touched up some unscheduled tasks on the landing and kitchen.

We're so pleased we chose Chris to paint our kitchen cabinets. They look great. I got three quotes and he was the lowest of those who visted the house to see the work involved. He turned up when he said he would and carefully protected the elements not being painted befgore preparing all the surfaces properly. While he was in the house he was clean, tidy, considerate and polite. Plenty of communication before arriving to make sure we were ready for him and we had chosen the paint colour. I'd definitely recommend.

Chris redecorated my sitting room after I had a new fireplace installed. I wanted a variety of jobs doing i.e the polystyrene coving removed and replaced with Gyproc coving, the old plastered walls smoothed and filled, the old skirting board around the fireplace (which had been damaged and broken when removed to install the new fireplace) made good and reattached, the walls lined with lining paper prior to putting up the wallpaper. Whatever preparation/remedial work is required Chris has the expertise to handle it and has a skilled assistant to help when a two man job is required e.g when putting up the heavy coving. I am a perfectionist and require the job finished to a very high standard and nothing else marked or damaged in the process. Chris is meticulous in his preparation and even bought heavy duty dust sheets to ensure my light coloured carpets were protected. Nothing is too much trouble for him and after he had finished decorating he helped me attach the television to the wall mount and put up a mirror. He has as always done a fabulous job with which I am delighted. Chris is the best - you won’t find a better decorator.

Chris and his team painted the outside of the house and did a high quality job, was considerate and left everything neat and tidy afterwards. Chris is highly recommended.

Chris has been decorating my house for over 25years. His work is always of the highest standard. On this occasion he re painted my lounge/dining room. As always he took time to protecting my floors and furniture before beginning the work, also ensuring my lounge was usable every evening, moving the sofa back and reconnecting the tv, nothing is too much trouble. He has done a fantastic job and I am extremely pleased with the results. He is always professional, friendly, and completely trustworthy, I give him a key in case I’m out. Chris kindly quoted me for full decoration of both bedrooms in my flat. He gave a clear outline of what work might be needed given the current condition, what his quote included and a timescale. He was also able to connect me with a local joiner to create wardrobe doors that would be ready for his agreed start date. The work was completed within the expected timeframe and budget, and the finish is beautiful. I appreciated his guidance on how to tackle problems with the walls, which he worked very hard to resolve. Throughout the two weeks I was very happy to leave him to it but we also had a great rapport. He was very respectful of my home and always left his equipment neat and tidy.
