Chris came out initially for a site survey, and his recommendations were straightforward without attempting to install unnecessary equipment. Excellent communication throughout. Work was carried out to the agreed spec and schedule without a hitch, very clean and tidy, no cables visible indoors. He oversaw the installation of the support phone app, and all explanations were clear and concise, and we are both delighted with the outcome. Couldn't ask for more.

Having been let down by previously recomended alarm companies who either didn't turn up to quote, or who did quote but never turned up to do the work, we found Woodward Security on this site and based on the many great reviews decided to book a quote. Chris was prompt with his reply, agreed a date/time to suit and after assessment quickly recomended the best options for our property which needed an old, broken system completely replacing plus sensor reconfiguration following an internal refurb. We found Chris to be extremely knowledgable and friendly so booked Woodward Security to undertake the work. We then had to change the booking due other contractors, and Chris was very understanding and agreed to amend the installation date without fuss. On the day of the work Chris explained what he was going to do, checked noise levels were ok as I was working from home at the time, and was polite, courteous and professional throughout. He went through the full system and set up, including the mobile app and went through everyrhing in detail. Once finished he then tidied up and left no mess at the property, which was great. All in all we found Chris to be knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and tidy. Pricing was reasonable and we do feel like we got real value for money, which is all you want as a customer. If you need a new alarm system or are due an upgrade then Woodward Security is a fantastic choice.

I picked Woodward based on good reviews and I prefer to use a locally owned business. I needed my out of date cameras and recorder replacing which involved total rewire and new transmitters. I wasn’t disappointed Woodward were as good as their reviews and I will definitely use again.

Chris took over an existing alarm system, sorted out all the old issues and replaced the central unit. This was followed by an upgrade to our CCTV system and subsequent App set up and tuition. After receiving a couple of outlandish quotes from other firms I came across Chris Woodward. He listened to our requirements, quoted a reasonable price. He scheduled the work to be done before our holiday, arrived on time, did the job without a fuss, cleaned up after himself. In addition to the alarm system, he fitted an outside light. I contacted Woodward Security and Chris responded to me swiftly and agreed an appropriate time to offer an onsite quote. He turned up on time and explained all the CCTV options carefully and clearly. There were no pushy sales techniques, just clear information to help me make an informed decision. He emailed me his final quote a couple of hours later. We booked him straight away and he managed to fit our job in the following week. Chris arrived on time and explained exactly what he was going to do and advised which camera position would be best. He completed the job to a high standard and was even able to do me a couple of other little jobs before leaving; by removing some old ariel cables that were no longer needed. The team were clean, tidy and professional. I will be using Woodward security again when I upgrade my alarm system.

We dealt with Chris the proprietor and he was very prompt with attending to give us a quote and then booking the job in and completing the work. Very fair price for the work completed in comparison to what other companies wanted to charge and feel like we have received a real personal and professional service from someone who is obviously very good at what they do. The price quoted for ongoing maintenance on an annual basis is also very reasonable compared with what we have paid previously at our old premises and having also used the company for home CCTV I would not hesitate to recommend.

Following a recommendation from a neighbour Chris Woodward quoted for a CCTV system for my home. I thought the quote reasonable and Chris, Louie and George installed a 4 camera Hikvision CCTV system at my home. All were friendly, professional and efficient and the system was up and running on the same day - working in darkness and rain to get it done! A couple of glitches were sorted out without quibbles and Chris replied to email queries about system operation very quickly. I would recommend unreservedly.
