We used Woodward Security to replace the alarm and install CCTV in our doctors surgery. The service was first class especially as they had to fit around patients. Communication was excellent and the lads on site were fantastic. I would 100% recommend them.

A neighbour suggested we speak with Chris and I was very impressed with his approach. No hard sell. Very approachable. Very knowledgeable. Quotations were received very promptly and it was very easy to reach Chris and discuss further. It’s also neat having strong office support - there is an Administration Manager so everything runs smoothly. The installation team was very professional, very easy to talk to and they clearly wanted to make sure I was 100% happy before they left. Great customer service. Great product. Highly recommended.

Chris was fantastic from my first contact and was very prompt in coming to see me about our requirements. Chris was very knowledgeable and gave me a thorough review of my security and was never pushy in any way and I received my quotation the same day. Chris and his team arrived on-time and nothing was too much trouble and they treated my home with the upmost respect and cleaned everywhere before they left. Louis and George took their time and showed me how everything worked and to say I am more than pleased with the installation is an understatement. Chris and his lads have installed a CCTV system and a magnetic/shock alarm system at our house today. The work was done on schedule and budget. I was impressed with Chris when he first came round to quote - he helped us arrive at a security solution that feels absolutely right for us. He was open and honest about the pros and cons of various options. He even deactivated our (broken) existing alarm system for us! His two lads, Louis and George, were fantastic today. Impossibly polite, hard-working, helpful and considerate. I cannot praise or recommend them highly enough.
