From the moment we asked for a quote from Chris he was helpful, he listened to our requirements and provided guidance of CCTV instalment. Chris replied to all our messages and queries promptly. He did not try to sell what we did not need and also serviced our existing alarm. On the day of installation Chris and Louis kept me updated of their arrival, they were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend Woodward Security

Chris arrived early and from the start I didn't need to do anything but watch these two professional workmen go through all the installation with no fuss and bother. Very neat and tidy. Good sense of humour. Very enjoyable experience. I am already looking to have them fit my daughters alarm. Highly recommended

Chris and Louis fitted a replacement alarm system and also installed the RING doorbell. Both were very professional and nothing was too much trouble for either of them - they even observed the minute's silence! Would happily recommend them! Great work both!

Chris was very helpful from the beginning. I had an idea what i needed but he was more than willing to come to my home for an initial consult. He explained everything and offered various options which was great. He is easy to get hold of & always replies to questions. Didn't take me long to decide to get the new alarm fitted.
