Chris responded to my initial enquiry promptly and after asking some clarification questions, provided me with a very competitive quote for the work I wanted doing. He was very clear about what work he would do, how much it would cost and how long it would take. We agreed a date for the work and he was very prompt - turned up on time and completed the work to a high standard within the time frame he gave. From the moment we asked for a quote from Chris he was helpful, he listened to our requirements and provided guidance of CCTV instalment. Chris replied to all our messages and queries promptly. He did not try to sell what we did not need and also serviced our existing alarm. Chris arrived early and from the start I didn't need to do anything but watch these two professional workmen go through all the installation with no fuss and bother. Very neat and tidy.
