From the initial contact to the final installation, Chris and his team have been excellent. The admin team were highly efficient at the first point of contact and made an appointment at a time to suit us. Chris is very approachable and knowledgeable, and discussed options with us to suit our requirements and budget without being pushy. He answered every question we had and any follow up questions were answered equally quickly. The installation team are very friendly, and the work has been carried out to a very high standard with absolutely minimal disruption. They ensured everything was carefully done and the finished product looks great... there is no evidence of cabling which was important to us, it's a really tidy and neat job. Chris even helped tweak our cameras remotely when we decided we wanted them in slightly different viewing positions and nothing is ever too much trouble. It's reassuring to use a company who have such high standards of customer care even when the job is completed. We would have no hesitation in 100% recommending Woodward Security.

We used Woodward Security to replace the alarm and install CCTV in our doctors surgery. The service was first class especially as they had to fit around patients. Communication was excellent and the lads on site were fantastic. I would 100% recommend them.

Great job and prompt service. Chris was very accommodating with our requirements. Prior to work commencing, he explained the options and gave us advice. On the day of work being undertaken, he was helpful and courteous. His colleagues were a credit to him. Everything was left clean and tidy. Chris and his lads have installed a CCTV system and a magnetic/shock alarm system at our house today. The work was done on schedule and budget. I was impressed with Chris when he first came round to quote - he helped us arrive at a security solution that feels absolutely right for us. He was open and honest about the pros and cons of various options. He even deactivated our (broken) existing alarm system for us! His two lads, Louis and George, were fantastic today. Chris quoted the job due to Covid and my personnel limitations. turn up on the day and on time, which is a bonus. Completed installation and having witnessed am I so glad I did not attempt privately. Did they do a good installation? Well without going into detail the answer is simple yes. They knew I wanted a professional installation and that is what was delivered and with some difficulty but they did not give up. Better still the professional support in setting up the app and going through it in detail was in my case most appreciated. Would I have them back again? Well yes without question. Do they install and walk away? Well I can't answer that but if anything I can say is up to now is from start to finish I am very much impressed and very happy with the service to date, all that was promised was delivered and what more can I ask for and based on this if support or advice is needed and do not doubt Chis or his team will be there to help. Chris was friendly and confident in the knowledge of his product, his price was competitive and he was happy to answer any questions asked at the time and follow up emails. A date was agreed for installation and both Chris/Louis arrive on time and completed the job to our satisfaction. A few days later we had a small problem with our hand fobs, called Chris and he reacted immediately and within a few hours Louis arrived and fixed the problem, great after sales response. Chris swapped out my ageing CCTV system and was kind enough to return a few times to adjust camera settings and cabling to accommodate night time image quality issues. Cameras have a good quality image and the system has been reliable so far. Both installers wore shoe covers in doors and face masks too. Also serviced my house alarm.

Due to levels of Covid locally we asked to postpone installation date and Chris was understanding about this and we rescheduled an implementation date to suit. I originally contacted Chris to provide me with a quote for CCTV and security system. The quotes were quickly provided and very detailed, and I didn't feel under pressure to make a decision. Chris promptly answered any questions I had and reassured me that there were no hidden costs that could arise on the day when it would be installed. Chris' colleague Louis attended on the day and was quick to get the job started. He was very professional and I've never seen such neat cable management! Even with the lack of plug sockets I currently have, Louis managed to overcome this hurdle quickly and was happy to explain the new technology to me.
