Chris was really really helpful from start to finish, answering all questions that we had and doing his utmost to install on a day most convenient for us. He arrived on time to install our alarm and CCTV and the quality of products and service is extremely high. Chris is very friendly and professional and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Having used Chris in the past it was a no brainer that we would contract him to install a new alarm system at our business premises and he proved again how reliable and professional he is, cannot recommend him enough.

Chris serviced my wireless alarm system - a Visionic PowerMaster 30 (as his prices were extremely reasonable and from reading his positive reviews) and replaced all the appropriate batteries in to each sensor. He was extremely polite, friendly and helpful - talking through each part of the process. He also provided some really good advice. The great thing about the service was that Chris offered a 12 month warranty so that if anything went wrong, he would remedy it. A few months later, I began to experience problems with the alarm and it would no longer activate. I emailed Chris and within a few minutes, he responded, with the necessary steps in order to clear my alarm error reports and to finally be able to activate my alarm again. Had I called another alarm engineer, this would have cost me somewhere in the region of between £90-£100. Chris sorted this without charge - which I greatly appreciate. Chris is certainly an alarm engineer/specialist, who I would recommend without any reservation.

Chris is a great bloke who helps you to understand what equipment you would need to do the job. There was no pressure during the sale for extra equipment we wouldn’t need, this continued through to going ahead with the job once quoted. Chris did an excellent job during the install and the cctv looks fantastic. High quality camera as promised. Would recommend 100% and already have.

I did not know Chris prior to him fitting my CCTV systems and booked him on his good reviews and price. Chris arrived on time and is very professional, polite and friendly and works in a tidy manner. He listened to what I wanted and recommended the best system for my needs and explained the reasons why it meets my needs. He fitted 4 x high quality infrared CCTV cameras outside my home, running the cables through the loft area to the outside so there are no unsightly cables running around the outside walls. He also fitted wireless CCTV cameras inside my home and detached garage as well as a smoke detector and all are connected to the audible alarm box outside. The outside and inside cameras can all be accessed on my smartphone and give very clear images and I can zoom in on my smartphone or TV so I can always check what is happening and will also be notified of any problems as they occur. Everything has one year’s guarantee and after this period I can have a service of the alarm system and cameras, which includes the batteries being changed, at a very reasonable price. Chris travelled from Leicester to Nuneaton as distance is no problem. I recommend Woodward Security 100%.

Chris arrived on time for the quote and talked me through the best options for our house; he was thorough and patient and we agreed the cost that day. I did some market research and the price quoted was very competitive. Chris was very pleasant and polite throughout. The work was carried out efficiently and there are no holes/wiring everywhere, and we can now set the alarm remotely when going to bed so we feel very secure. Thank you Chris!

I contacted Woodward Security just before I was due to go on holiday. Chris came out at short notice and fixed the fault. Whilst at my home, I asked him to carryout more work, installing window and door sensors, a new siren box on the outside of the house, move a sensor to a different room, all on my return from holiday. A quote was immediately prepared and agreed and a date fixed for the work to be carried out. He arrived on time, on the day agreed and completed the work in 2 hours. He set up the system and checked for faults. Very pleased with the outcome.

Chris was efficient with communication, explained options very thoroughly, immediately likable and gave reassurance he was the one to be trusted to do our work. From the timing of the first visit, to installation, the whole process was simple. There were no hard sells, just realistic advice on the best products for us. Invoicing and payments/ receipts very straight forward. The installation was carried out efficiently, everything he promised he kept his word on and what we had expected he delivered, what more can you wish for, to meet a workman you can trust, feel had done a great job (and is handy with a hoover to clean up after himself !)

We engaged Chris to install and supply a new alarm system and CCTV for our home. From the beginning he proved to be a friendly, chatty and approachable chap but he certainly knows his business. I had some cctv cameras put outside my property. Chris is a lovely guy I didn’t take long for them to go up and he explained how to view/playback the recordings. He also helped me set up the app so I have it on my phone. Very happy with the work.

Woodward Security came out did a survey recommend a couple of solutions after I told them my requirements no hard sell very easygoing, came back in 2 weeks fitted my system did a clean tidy install and showed us how to operate system can not recommend them any higher that 10/10 nice guy as well, nothing to much trouble, and great after service always answers calls or rings you back ASAP very professional outfit.

Chris fitted the CCTV and made a good job of the work, polite and professional man. He made good recommendations for the right CCTV at a reasonable price.
