Chris quoted the job due to Covid and my personnel limitations. turn up on the day and on time, which is a bonus. Completed installation and having witnessed am I so glad I did not attempt privately. Did they do a good installation? Well without going into detail the answer is simple yes. They knew I wanted a professional installation and that is what was delivered and with some difficulty but they did not give up. Better still the professional support in setting up the app and going through it in detail was in my case most appreciated. Would I have them back again? Well yes without question. Do they install and walk away? Well I can't answer that but if anything I can say is up to now is from start to finish I am very much impressed and very happy with the service to date, all that was promised was delivered and what more can I ask for and based on this if support or advice is needed and do not doubt Chis or his team will be there to help. Chris attended, listened and assessed our requirements then worked out the most economical way to achieve the results we wanted. He was very accommodating and work was executed on time, best of all wherever possible, he hid the cables!

Chris and his lads have installed a CCTV system and a magnetic/shock alarm system at our house today. The work was done on schedule and budget. I was impressed with Chris when he first came round to quote - he helped us arrive at a security solution that feels absolutely right for us. He was open and honest about the pros and cons of various options. He even deactivated our (broken) existing alarm system for us! His two lads, Louis and George, were fantastic today. We used Woodward Security to replace the alarm and install CCTV in our doctors surgery. The service was first class especially as they had to fit around patients. Communication was excellent and the lads on site were fantastic. I would 100% recommend them.

From the initial contact to the final installation, Chris and his team have been excellent. Following a recommendation from a neighbour Chris Woodward quoted for a CCTV system for my home. I thought the quote reasonable and Chris, Louie and George installed a 4 camera Hikvision CCTV system at my home. All were friendly, professional and efficient and the system was up and running on the same day - working in darkness and rain to get it done! A couple of glitches were sorted out without quibbles and Chris replied to email queries about system operation very quickly. I would recommend unreservedly.

We dealt with Chris the proprietor and he was very prompt with attending to give us a quote and then booking the job in and completing the work. Very fair price for the work completed in comparison to what other companies wanted to charge and feel like we have received a real personal and professional service from someone who is obviously very good at what they do. The price quoted for ongoing maintenance on an annual basis is also very reasonable compared with what we have paid previously at our old premises and having also used the company for home CCTV I would not hesitate to recommend.

There were no pushy sales techniques, just clear information to help me make an informed decision. He emailed me his final quote a couple of hours later. We booked him straight away and he managed to fit our job in the following week. Chris arrived on time and explained exactly what he was going to do and advised which camera position would be best. He completed the job to a high standard and was even able to do me a couple of other little jobs before leaving; by removing some old ariel cables that were no longer needed.
