I had Swann CCTV fitted to my bungalow with 4 Security Cameras. Chris was prompt, professional and courteous, he fitted the camera's and set the whole Recording Machine up on the TV screen for me. He cleaned up after he had finished and made sure everything worked well before leaving. He contacted me some days later via text to check that all was well.

He took time during his visit to explain the different products available ensuring that our final choice met exactly without requirements. On the day of installation Chris was both prompt and efficient and also ensured at the end of the installation we were able to operate the system correctly, understanding each of the features. Chris was carrying out an installation on a neighbourIng property when we had a chat about products available. We arranged for a chat about a CCTV system that would suit put requirements. We went ahead with a 3 camera install with remote access viewing. Chris promptly arranged an install date that was convenient and turned up on time and completed the work tidily. After a few days we realised the view that our cameras were getting needed tweaking to whichever chris come straight over and adjusted them for us.
