He explained everything and offered various options which was great. He is easy to get hold of & always replies to questions. Didn't take me long to decide to get the new alarm fitted. Great service by a local family run business. Would highly recommend.

Chris and Louis fitted a replacement alarm system and also installed the RING doorbell. Both were very professional and nothing was too much trouble for either of them - they even observed the minute's silence! Would happily recommend them! Great work both!

I originally contacted Chris to provide me with a quote for CCTV and security system. The quotes were quickly provided and very detailed, and I didn't feel under pressure to make a decision. Chris promptly answered any questions I had and reassured me that there were no hidden costs that could arise on the day when it would be installed. Chris' colleague Louis attended on the day and was quick to get the job started. He was very professional and I've never seen such neat cable management! Even with the lack of plug sockets I currently have, Louis managed to overcome this hurdle quickly and was happy to explain the new technology to me. I am very thankful to have used Woodward security and I would use them again without hesitation in the future.

Chris moved mountains to assist me regaining security and peace of mind within my own home following a very unpleasant incident. From the point of contact until completing the job Chris took the time and effort to discuss all options available. He gave honest and balanced advise that was tailored to my needs in the most effective way, all of my questions and concerns addressed. Due to levels of Covid locally we asked to postpone installation date and Chris was understanding about this and we rescheduled an implementation date to suit. Chris swapped out my ageing CCTV system and was kind enough to return a few times to adjust camera settings and cabling to accommodate night time image quality issues. Cameras have a good quality image and the system has been reliable so far. Both installers wore shoe covers in doors and face masks too. Also serviced my house alarm.
