I have used Christopher Plumbing Services before and had been very happy with their work. Christopher initially takes a lot of trouble to understand fully what the job entails. This was particularly important for this job as it involved raising the height of a specialist Geberit toilet. Not a standard job by any measure, but I was very happy with the result. His pricing always strikes me as fair, an increasingly rare attribute from tradespeople nowadays. I am very happy to recommend Christopher Plumbing Services.

We needed to have a small leak fixed, which turned out to be a faulty valve connecting the water softener to the mains supply. I emailed a query using the website on the Sunday evening and got a response and appointment by email within 30 minutes. The work was completed well and tidily and to budget. The plumber was very flexible and was also able to advise on and fix another small leak on a washing machine connector. We have used Christopher Plumbing Services on a number of occasions in the past and they are always our first point of contact for any plumbing issues we have.

Problem was a leak under sink in awkward place. Plumber arrived on time, explained issue well and fixed it quickly at agreed price. Excellent service.

We recently had our Vaillant boiler serviced by Christopher Plumbing services.The complete gas fired radiator system was installed by them March 2023 and works well. We opted to have them service our system annually. We have found them reliable. We can always contact them if we have a query.

I had a list of minor issues which were worrying me. Shane fixed a leak in the sink of the outhouse and was able to reassure me that the other issues were not sufficiently serious to warrant intervention. Great company.

We’ve used Christopher Plumbing on a number of occasions. Most recently for faulty underfloor heating and a new radiator. The company has also serviced and replaced our boiler. I always get an almost immediate response online. What we’ve paid has always been as per the quote. Friendly, honest and reliable.

Christopher Plumbing carried out my annual boiler service earlier this month arriving punctually and working efficiently and tidily. I have used this company for many years for a great variety of plumbing jobs and would never use any other. They always answer phone calls and respond promptly to emails; adhere to quotations and are happy to offer advice. They may not be the cheapest but their service is second to none and worth every penny. I have great confidence in this company and highly recommend them.

This is the second annual service that Christopher Plumbing Services have carried out on our boiler (which they installed in 2022). We have also employed them on other jobs in the past. As always, they were quick to respond, carried out the work on time and on budget, and supplied the relevant certification. They leave the worksite clean and tidy and are always willing to advise on matters outside the actual job.

Christopher responded to my e-mail on the same day as I requested a quote to fit a new shower mixer. By arrangement, the plumber visited the next day to survey the bathroom and existing plumbing arrangements and an estimate of time to carry out the work and cost. The plumber arrived promptly at a time agreed and fitted the new mixer without any disruption or mess. The cost was reasonable.

I first used Christopher's to fix a kitchen tap in a rented property I own. I got a quick response and detailed estimate of costs and the job was done quickly and well. I then requested an estimate for a new bathroom including replacing the shower with a bath and shower. Again I was given a comprehensive estimate of costs of labour and bathroom suite. A date was agreed for the work and started on time. Brian worked on his own for several days dismantling the old suite and taking down one tiled wall. A new suite was installed. No mess left each evening and every effort was not to inconvenience the 2 tenants. During the whole process any queries I had were dealt quickly and comprehensibly by Chloe their office manager. There was a minimum number of snags which were dealt with the same week. At the end the whole cost came in under budget so I received a refund. I would use them again and also use them to do work on my house. A pleasure to do business with.

We have had this leak under the bath for some time. We needed the work carried out before the end of the week due to going on holiday. Despite the short notice they were able to accommodate our request. The original quote involved removing the bath, but Martyn the engineer managed to cut out the floor board under the bath and effect the repair without removal. This saved us considerable costs and disruption, we are very happy.

In the middle of the day I found water dripping through the ceiling of the hall of my house. I rang Christopher Plumbing Services Ltd, the call was answered immediately and the response was very positive. I was promised a visit within an hour and in what seemed like less that there was knock on the door. Alex identified the root of the problem, set about fixing it after explaining what had happened and what needed doing. He worked quickly, neatly and cheerfully and it was a relief to have the problem sorted out so spedily. I would definitely use the services of Christopher Plumbing again.

Brian fitted a new kitchen tap which was supposed to be a direct replacement but the two flexible pipes were slightly shorter which meant extending the copper pipe work and with very limited space. Additionally he replaced a faulty isolating valve which was extremely difficult to reach but he managed to reroute the copper piping to make it easier to reach the lever operated valve. It was very clear that Brian had high standards and all was carried out in a very cheerful way. Thank you, I really give him 12 out of 10
