We needed a replacement control unit because our c1970's alarm system simply wasn't working. We had always planned to upgrade this but had never got round to it. On requesting a quote, the company sent someone round the next day who evaluated our old system, recommending we keep the sensors in the rooms - which reduced the cost - but enhancing it with door sensors and a new control unit. On accepting the quote, within a week or so, they arrived to install the upgraded system. Darren and his colleagues carried out the work in a timely, efficient and professional manner in less than half a working day. They kept us informed as the installation progressed, then demonstrated it, showing how much easier and practical the new unit is to use. This was further enhanced by instruction regarding the use of the phone app, the functionality of which is very easy to learn and provides remote control and detailed information regarding system status. Overall, we are absolutely delighted with the installation and Circle Security's product, installation team and support. The new installation has certainly been value for money. We would strongly recommend this company to anyone requiring a new or upgraded alarm system.

Ian from Circle Security called to estimate on 5 February at the time agreed. He discussed options in detail and provided an acceptable etimate followed up by a confirmatory email. The office arranged a suitable date with me and Calum came at the agreed time and spent most of the day removing our existing alarm and installing the new one. The work was dome efficiently and in a very pleasant manner. The installations was installed to my needs and Calum fully explained the various options to set and arrange protection. Altogether a very satisfactory job well done.

A mid-morning slot was agreed upon, received a text advising of Darren’s arrival to carry out annual maintenance service, fit external upgrade of security signs and supply and install a new combined floodlight/PIR. Have used Circle previously and am confident in their workmanship, communication and courtesy to my property. This visit was no exception. Darren explained what was to happen and was efficient, tidy and easy to approach. Costs were previously agreed upon and were as expected. Darren showed me his work before leaving, explained the settings on the new light and advised me what to do if I had any issues or questions.

Having recently completed an extension to our home we felt it was time to install some decent security. We also required smoke/CO alarms and my wife was keen on having CCTV coverage. Ian came out and assessed our needs, providing a list of options. We accepted the quote and agreed to proceed. Darren, Calum and Sam arrived on the specified dates and proceeded with the installation methodically and professionally with minimal disruption. They were extremely obliging and courteous and I was particularly pleased that the system did not require unsightly cabling. They left the place neat and tidy and Ian gave us a thorough explanation of the system operation and how to activate it before he left. We were completely satisfied by the service Circle Security provided and we feel much more secure now.

Had a new alarm quote by Circle Security Ltd as a neighbour was burgled recently, Ian arrived and went through the options and listened to our requirements, we decided to accept and the engineers Grant and Sam turned up on the date and time agreed and were very polite and explained everything they were doing. After completion all rubbish was removed and the house was left clean and tidy. Grant explained the operation very clearly and set up the APP and talked us through how it worked. We would recommend Circle Security for anyone requiring an alarm.

Approached this company to replace an alarm system and was given a quote very quickly and efficiently. Made a couple of changes before installation, like CCTV cameras front and back. This was added to the installation no problem. Grant and his team turned up on time and worked brilliantly, consulting us constantly to make sure we were happy with what they were doing. All instructions were very clearly explained to us and nothing was too much bother. Had a problem the next day (husband's fault) and they came out right away to fix it. Cannot fault office staff, engineers and estimators. Would definitely recommend this company

Ian from Circle visited to survey our property and recommended a security system specification that was optimal, with no overselling but offering us options, some of which we were happy to accept. Their quotation was prompt and the work was done as scheduled. We discovered one issue after the installation and albeit a failing on my part, Ian was brilliant in addressing that. Communication throughout was totally professional and the installers Calum and Sam worked efficiently, left the house spotless and spent time briefing us on the workings of the new system. I would have no hesitation in using their service again, and recommend them 100%.

As I had a basic alarm system installed at least 10 years ago, I approached Circle and accepted their quotation for a major upgrade. The engineers were were top class with detailed product knowledge, nice personalities and excellent representatives for the company. Quickly and efficiently they set set about their work until completion when they also helped downloading the app and explained its operation in controlling the system. The team at Circle Security recently upgraded and modernised our home security system. All work was done on time, to budget and at a competitive price. The staff were excellent. Circle Security carry out our annual burglar alarm service each November. It's easy to make appointments, they always arrive on time, and they carry out the service in an organised and competent manner. They also fitted outside security lighting for us three years ago and we cannot compliment them enough for that work, and indeed "everything" they have done for us. We needed a full system replacement at short notice and Circle were very accommodating. The estimate was very reasonable and certainly cheaper than the national company we had been using for a long time. The engineers arrived on time and did everything they said they would do. They were helpful and polite and did a high-quality job. They left everything tidy. We had a follow-up question which was dealt with the same day. We needed an upgrade to our security system. Someone came out within a couple of days, and did not try to sell us anything unnecessary. Everything explained well and work was carried out within 10 days. Extremely happy with what was done.

We accepted a quote from Circle Security (Scotland) Ltd to install a new alarm system and cameras at our new home. This was to be done over a two day period. We received a text each day saying they were on their way and they gave an ETA. The work was completed within the two days as agreed. We have used the same company before at our last home and this was the reason we used them again, twelve years later. They were and have been helpful in the past if we had any issues with the system. They are so respectful working in and around the home and left no mess.

We have a new build and required the installation of an home intruder alarm system. They turned up to quote/ carry out the work when they said they would and there were no hidden costs or extras. We had a system from a previous supplier (ADT) which developed a fault and nearly caused a little fire when the battery overheated. They offered a replacement system which was inflexible and had an automatic relay to the police. The monthly charge was excessive. We contacted Circle Security because they are Which Trusted Traders. The initial assessment was careful polite and listened to our requirements. It was not possible to use the existing wiring and they offered a wireless system. The work done was faultless. I can recommend them 100%

The installation by Circle of my new security system has been a great experience from start to finish. They listened to our needs and made sensible recommendations on what we would need. They went the extra mile to ensure that cables were hidden during installation, they arrived exactly when they said they would and everything was left very tidy. I had a new alarm installed by Circle on 21st March 2024. Everyone with whom I dealt be it by 'phone, email or in person was polite and helpful, answering all my questions clearly. All appointments were kept. I was particularly impressed that after installation, waste was cleared up, divided into appropriate piles and I was told where each pile should go for appropriate recycling or disposal.
