We are a family-owned business founded in 1984 and are based in Currie, Midlothian. Over the years we’ve seen security technology change significantly what hasn’t changes is our team’s expertise and dedication to providing a first-class service to our customers.

Circle Security carry out our annual burglar alarm service each November. It's easy to make appointments, they always arrive on time, and they carry out the service in an organised and competent manner. They also fitted outside security lighting for us three years ago and we cannot compliment them enough for that work, and indeed "everything" they have done for us. For anything relating to the security of our home, we wouldn't hesitate to go to Circle Security as opposed to any of the big names seen on TV adverts.

We needed a full system replacement at short notice and Circle were very accommodating. The estimate was very reasonable and certainly cheaper than the national company we had been using for a long time. The engineers arrived on time and did everything they said they would do. They were helpful and polite and did a high-quality job. They left everything tidy. We had a follow-up question which was dealt with the same day. We would definitely recommend them and just wish we had changed companies years ago.

We used Circle Security (Scotland) Ltd to replace a self-installed alarm system recently. We can't praise them enough - have been super pleased with the experience from start to finish. Ian came out at the start of the process to talk us through options and was more than happy to tweak his recommendations and offer options, based on our preferences. Grant and his team went above and beyond to make sure we were happy during the installation - explaining what was going to be happening, removing existing fixtures, leaving areas looking like no work had just taken place, demonstrating the entire system at the end and much more. Would recommend without any hesitation.

We accepted a quote from Circle Security (Scotland) Ltd to install a new alarm system and cameras at our new home. This was to be done over a two day period. We received a text each day saying they were on their way and they gave an ETA. The work was completed within the two days as agreed. We have used the same company before at our last home and this was the reason we used them again, twelve years later. They were and have been helpful in the past if we had any issues with the system. They are so respectful working in and around the home and left no mess.

We have a new build and required the installation of an home intruder alarm system. They turned up to quote/ carry out the work when they said they would and there were no hidden costs or extras. Scott, Grant and Sam were all very polite, helpful and smart. The wiring is all hidden and they were very clean and tidy. We would recommend Circle Security to anyone.

We had a system from a previous supplier (ADT) which developed a fault and nearly caused a little fire when the battery overheated. They offered a replacement system which was inflexible and had an automatic relay to the police. The monthly charge was excessive. We contacted Circle Security because they are Which Trusted Traders. The initial assessment was careful polite and listened to our requirements. It was not possible to use the existing wiring and they offered a wireless system. The work done was faultless. I can recommend them 100%
