We had used this company to upgrade and then maintain the alarm system in a former house and were well satisfied. When we moved there was an old inoperable alarm in the new house. Circle Security came promptly to review and advise what kind of new alarm was appropriate. The recommendation and quotation came promptly and seemed sensible and pragmatic. On the day they removed the old system and fitted the new one. The work was done quickly, cleanly and exactly as had been discussed and on completion, the functioning of the alarm was carefully explained. A professionally fitted alarm system is not inexpensive but the cost seemed reasonable to us.

A great company used by my dad, sister myself and a few friends since 1995. They always turn up when they say they will, will discuss the job in detail so you know what’s to expect and are very neat and tidy. More importantly when it goes wrong and you need their help they are there for you. No problem at all recommending them if you looking for an alarm or CCTV installation and ongoing maintenance. They also have all the right certifications that insurers look for, ensuring that your insurance quote will be competitive. Very highly recommended.

Replaced of an old system with a monitored dual path modern one. The work was completed on time, tidily and care was taken to avoid unnecessary need for redecoration. System alternative options were fully discussed and a proper hand over and demonstration was done on completion. When the question of installing a new security system arose, we researched a number of local and national firms. We chose Circle Security because it is a local firm with good ‘Which’ recommendation The team carried out an efficient survey and mutually arranged a suitable fitting date. Fitting was carried out carefully and sensitively bearing in mind current pandemic conditions. Ian thoroughly explained the workings of the system and left us with contact numbers, should they be needed. We would not hesitate to recommend the firm to others locally or nationally who may be seeking a reliable security company.

We approached 2 local firms, both of whom came to see what we needed and what was necessary for our new home. Circle Security had been recommended by an ex-colleague of mine, who had used Circle Security for several years; the firm we had previously used had changed out of all recognition. We were very happy after our initial meeting with Kevin and a further meeting to answer some questions. The team which came to do the work were polite, efficient; wore masks when inside, and were clearly experienced and knew what they were doing. They cleaned up after their work, having sorted the rubbish into recyclable and dross, which was appreciated.

I was informed in simple language what would be the best system for my situation and the service that going forward would be offered. The installation was efficiently completed leaving no mess, and the working explained in detail. I had not completely taken the instructions on board and when I rang the number provided at Sunday lunchtime I was treated with courtesy and provided with all the information I needed. Was recommended Circle Security by a friend who bought a house with their system fitted and used them to provide maintenance on their system. Very clear cost breakdown of proposed work with additional optional extras if we wished. We had a full alarm system + security light fitted out the back. The install should have taken 2 days but the team completed it in 1. Very quick install, no mess left and pleasant guys that talked me through on the day the positioning of sensors and wires. There was a slight issue with wiring due to the nature of our property but it was explained clearly why they could not wire via plan A and we agreed to have the wiring go through a different route which was completed to a high standard. We'll look to get CCTV in the future and will get Circle Security back to install this.

From arranging a suitable time to attend the maintenance of my annual security service to Scott arriving everything was super smooth. I was given a window of 2 hours and received a text stating Scott was 6 minutes away which was great. Scott was sensitive to COVID restrictions, removed footwear and carried out work professionally, proficiently and communicated progress. Was very pleased and confident with all work carried out. Would certainly recommend Circle Security as they consistently deliver what they promise. (have used for 3 years now).

Recently moved into a New Build House which did not come with any intruder alarm. I reviewed a number of companies online and decided to get 3 quotes from companies I was considering. Kevin from Circle Security arrived at the house and provided me with a quote based on my needs which was in the middle of the other 2 quotes but they could supply and fit products the other 2 firms could not. I was really impressed with their knowledge and ability to tailor the products to what I wanted for a good price and when it came to installation Ian was friendly, consulted me each step of the way and ensured he kept everything tidy, we are really pleased with the result and the system works just as we wanted.

I have recently redecorated my apartment and part of that process has been upgrading the alarm system. Circle Security first removed all evidence of the old alarm then, after I had redecorated, returned and installed their own system, demonstrating great flexibility in working around my schedule. Their customer service has been excellent throughout and I am very satisfied with the quality of the alarm system they have now installed. The work at my home was carried out by Ian, and it has always been of a very high standard, showing great care and professionalism. Overall, a very good experience. I highly recommend this company.
