From the initial consultation through to the installation today all Circle Security staff we have dealt with have been professional, efficient and helpful. Kevin from Circle security came out to check an older system I had, he was fantastic at explaining what needed to be upgraded and he provided a great quote for the work to be completed. There was no pressure or marketing calls which I really appreciated. New System installed on 30th July by Scott, Callum and Ian, fantastic service very professional and efficient clean and tidy. The system was explained to me and is a much easier system than the one I had previously, I am a delighted customer the service received was first class. Everything has been clearly written down and a book of the zones provided allowing me to read up on my new system.

After experiencing problems with our previous alarm supplier, we got a couple of quotes for upgrading our monitored system. Kevin from Circle Security provided a clear explanation of what they would do, essentially using the existing wiring but replacing the main panel, keypads and sensors and upgrading the communicator. They were quick to point out that the system has to be easy to use and made some small modifications accordingly. We chose Circle as their price was similar to the other quote, they are local to us and are a Which Trusted Trader. They installed the system for the agreed price in one day, cleared up well after themselves, and left us with a system that is easy to use and does just what we want. We did get a problem with a tamper fault after about a week, which they came and rectified without any questions. Their engineers were excellent, and we have no hesitation in recommending them. This is the third time we have selected a Which Trusted Trader and have been pleased with all of them.

I've had my alarm system for over twenty years and in that time it has occasionally been added to. Before Circle I had used three other companies over the years and had mostly had no trouble. Lately I was having problems with my system and with the reliability of engineers and so I decided to completely upgrade it and find a new supplier. I had a consultation with Kevin from Circle and with his help decided on the appropriate upgrade. The work was done cleanly and the installation very well done. The engineer's briefing on the system was detailed but also easy to understand. I've waited a couple of months before posting this review in case anything went wrong with the new kit and as expected everything is fine. Setting the new alarm system with the key tags or online is easy and convenient. A house alarm system is only as good as the company who install it and support it. I was looking for a company that was reliable and professional, I found them.

Engineer that attended (Callum) and carried the annual service to the burglar alarm system is a very knowledgeable and personable young man. He carried out the work in a professional and efficient manner. Have dealt with this company for a number of years and have never had any complaints.
