Circle Security were very good at recommending a suitable system for us and completing the installation over two separate jobs due to other work we were having done in the house. Pricing was competitive and the system works well. I have no hesitation in recommending Circle Security.

We have been customers of Circle Security for over 20 years. Kevin and his colleagues have always done an excellent job for us. Their customer service is excellent. Their most recent work for us involved the installation of a new burglar alarm system, incorporating several wireless sensors. This was carried out to Circle Security"s usual high standards. I would be very happy to recommend them to anyone looking to install a new system.

We had used Circle before when we inherited their system in our last house and took out a maintenance contract with them. Very professional and responsive service very year. Even attended at 4 in the morning when the system was accidentally activated. When we moved to our new house, Circle were again a no-brainer decision when we wanted to upgrade the system installed in our new flat. Grant first attended to explain the system to us (the developer left little in the way of inttruction) then came back to install our additional detectors and sound box). It is rare that I recommend a trader but Circle Security offer an exceptional and a highly professional service.

Extremely impressed with this firm. Initial free consultation was thorough with all the available options clearly and helpfully explained with no pressure to proceed. Likewise, the installation was exemplary, the engineers were extremely well turned out, polite and very friendly and particularly clean and tidy in their work. All items of the system being installed were completed methodologically with as little dust or debris as possible, any that was created was cleaned and tidied before departure. It was as if they had never been there, such was the cleanliness with which they worked. System was explained to me in detail along with means of contacting the firm should any issues arise. In all dealings I have been left confident that I am in safe, responsible and honest hands; appointments have on each occasion been met as agreed and enquires responded to swiftly. I have no hesitation in recommending.

The whole process from initial meeting to completion was of a very high standard. Scott and his colleagues who supplied and fitted the system carried out the work in a logical manner with tidiness kept throughout the process. They were very polite and friendly keeping us fully informed what was being done, checking when required we were happy with planned work. Cost was per prior estimate so no surprises. System is easy to operate and after 5 days use there has been no issues arising. The team should be commended for an excellent job done. We have no hesitation in recommending this trader for security system installation.

Kevin provided a comprehensive recommendation, based on our needs and talked me through various options. At no point did I feel rushed into a sale - that cannot be said for other providers. They are not the cheapest but in reality what they provide is high quality, reliable and good value. Installation was done exactly as promised with no fuss or mess. Again the technicians were professional in approach and worked around our requirements. I have no hesitation in recommending Circle Security and only wish other traders were so good.

Kevin initially came by to see what was required and gave us all the information we required to make an informed decision about which of their systems would suit our needs. They arranged a date and time and arrived promptly. They worked efficiently and were courteous and considerate. They cleaned up after the work was completed and made sure we were comfortable with our system before leaving. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone.

We used Circle Security around 26 years ago (1993) to have our original wired system put in. This year prior to decorating we called on them again to install an up to date wireless system and remove the old wiring. The fitter arrived on time, was courteous and worked solidly for most of the day and completed late afternoon. He then explained the workings of the control panel and demonstrated the various functions. He wrote in the various functions and codes in the manual so we would remember his instructions. He swept and hoovered up completion and left all areas tidy. We would have no hesitation to use them again and would recommend them to our friends.

This is the 3rd Alarm system that we have had from Circle Security since 1990 and as always they have delivered a brilliant service. Grant was the engineer on this install (with some help from Scott) and was very professional, he was very tidy and put down dust covers and he also hoovered up after himself. He explained everything clearly about the new alarm and the new WiFi cameras. The company have even allowed us to keep one of the WiFi cameras for 2 weeks so that we can check them out and decide which type of camera we would like if at all before we made a decision which I think is a great service with no pressure to purchase any add ons. I highly recommend this company and will be using them again as we are considering cctv system as their prices are extremely reasonable.

I was impressed with the customer service from initial contact with Scott. Quote clearly set out cost of upgrade of security system and LED flood lights. Grant arrived promptly. Tidy worker, confirmed work to be carried out and explained the process throughout fitting/installation. Calum fitted the LED flood lights. Both were hardworking, tidy and completed the jobs on time. Full overview of security alarm system and features prior to departure. Very impressed with the company, customer service and quality of workmanship. Would recommend.

Circle Security fitted an upgrade to our system, as the old one was out of date and we couldn't use a wireless set up. We had got a price for install over three months ago, but I was only able to go forward recently, but they kept the same price that they had quoted. They turned up on time, fitted the updated equipment which took most of the day, cleaned up and then spent the time to explain the system and ensure that the App on my phone worked properly as well. Good service and we have also taken up the yearly contract to service the alarm. They are local and are worth supporting. Did a good job and we are pleased.

After an initial phone call Kevin visited my home to look around to get an idea of what I wanted and what he felt best for my home. After showing Kevin around he got an idea of what I wanted and said he'd email quotes to me asap. I hadn't realised that "asap" would be the same day! I'd met with Kevin around 9am in the morning and received a quote by 4pm the same day. I had some questions after receiving the quote. Kevin and Scott were both very helpful and patient as I asked question after question regarding the installation. By the end of the email trail I was aware of the plan and how the system would work and arranged an installation date. I was available in the morning to be shown the system, app and setup to get an idea of how it worked. I never caught the guys names, but they were both very helpful, courteous and willing to answer any questions I had on the system. The system was explained in full until I understood how it worked. The house was left as it was visited with no mess. The wires were well hidden and to be honest, if you didn't know, you wouldn’t notice they were there. I feel I was given a system that meets my requirements The installers were so helpful and willing to answer questions and queries. I had misunderstood the fobs they were selling and when this came to light, they more than happy to explain and had already pre-empted this by having available other fobs etc. I can't recommend Circle Security enough.
