Circle Security was recommended to me by a friend who has used the firm for about 30 years. I was informed in simple language what would be the best system for my situation and the service that going forward would be offered. The installation was efficiently completed leaving no mess, and the working explained in detail. I had not completely taken the instructions on board and when I rang the number provided at Sunday lunchtime I was treated with courtesy and provided with all the information I needed. The whole experience could not have been easier or more supportive. Thank you Circle Security.

We approached 2 local firms, both of whom came to see what we needed and what was necessary for our new home. Circle Security had been recommended by an ex-colleague of mine, who had used Circle Security for several years; the firm we had previously used had changed out of all recognition. We were very happy after our initial meeting with Kevin and a further meeting to answer some questions. The team which came to do the work were polite, efficient; wore masks when inside, and were clearly experienced and knew what they were doing. They cleaned up after their work, having sorted the rubbish into recyclable and dross, which was appreciated.

When the question of installing a new security system arose, we researched a number of local and national firms. We chose Circle Security because it is a local firm with good ‘Which’ recommendation The team carried out an efficient survey and mutually arranged a suitable fitting date. Fitting was carried out carefully and sensitively bearing in mind current pandemic conditions. Ian thoroughly explained the workings of the system and left us with contact numbers, should they be needed. We would not hesitate to recommend the firm to others locally or nationally who may be seeking a reliable security company.

Replaced of an old system with a monitored dual path modern one. The work was completed on time, tidily and care was taken to avoid unnecessary need for redecoration. System alternative options were fully discussed and a proper hand over and demonstration was done on completion. We chose Circle as a result of a recommendation and I would recommend them to anyone installing or upgrading an alarm system.

Recently had new alarm system fitted. Ian and Alistair arrived promptly and got to work straight away. Clean and tidy workers with friendly customer service. A great company used by my dad, sister myself and a few friends since 1995. They always turn up when they say they will, will discuss the job in detail so you know what’s to expect and are very neat and tidy. More importantly when it goes wrong and you need their help they are there for you. No problem at all recommending them if you looking for an alarm or CCTV installation and ongoing maintenance. They also have all the right certifications that insurers look for, ensuring that your insurance quote will be competitive. Very highly recommended.

We had alarm updated following broadband upgrade and cctv cameras installed Engineer, Grant, was polite, friendly and clearly knew what he was doing. He took time to explain how the system worked.

We had used this company to upgrade and then maintain the alarm system in a former house and were well satisfied. When we moved there was an old inoperable alarm in the new house. Circle Security came promptly to review and advise what kind of new alarm was appropriate. The recommendation and quotation came promptly and seemed sensible and pragmatic. On the day they removed the old system and fitted the new one. The work was done quickly, cleanly and exactly as had been discussed and on completion, the functioning of the alarm was carefully explained. A professionally fitted alarm system is not inexpensive but the cost seemed reasonable to us.

The engineers came as arranged to update our alarm system. We wanted to go part wireless and pet friendly, so our dog can wander without setting off the alarm. This all happened seemlessly, and with no mess, and the whole experience was great - as we have come to expect from Circle Security over the 30+ years we've been using their services. Delighted also with our new 'app' for remote controlling, and the peace of mind this new security system gives us. We are really glad we chose Circle Security to install our house alarm. We really like that this is a local company who are very responsive - responding to emails within a couple of hours if not minutes when we were looking for a quote, with follow up questions and to arrange the installation. We also found them to be very competitive price wise. We received a text with a 10 minute warning before they were going to arrive to fit the alarm system. The team were extremely tidy and respectful when they were in our home and took the time to answer all our questions and always asked for our input before continuing with any drilling/placing of the system. Circle replaced a 10 sensor alarm system from a previous supplier. Their whole approach from initial quotation through to system handover was very professional and created confidence. Installation took a day and a half and they worked very conscientiously, leaving the site tidy. Final bill was as per the quote, even though they had a little extra work to do after they'd deinstalled the previous system

We have been using Circle for several years. They are always responsive and professional and carry any work out on time and to quote. All the team are polite tidy and explain what needs done and why. They have done several jobs related to our alarm and we have always been happy. I would have no hesitation in recommending them .

At the first visit, we got good advice on alarm and CCTV without a sales pitch. The installation was done 3 weeks after placing our order. The fitters completed the job in the 2 days allocated, efficiently and tidily.

We used Circle alarms to replace my mother's old system. On the initial survey visit, we were given good advice and all the options to consider. The date from accepting the quote to the work was just over 2 weeks which was super. On the day of the work - they turned up on time, the work was done very efficiently, made no mess, or noise, and were very good at communicating. I highly recommend circle alarms.

I searched the Which database of Trusted Traders to find a reliable provider of home alarm systems in the Lothians. I settled on Circle Security because of reviews received. I was not disappointed by my choice. Within a week of contacting the business I had an employee carry out a thorough survey of my property. Communication was excellent with sound advice offered on what would be best security options. Following the survey I received a comprehensive quote clearly detailing what we had discussed and offering additional possible options we had discussed. Everything was clearly priced. I confirmed what I wanted done and received confirmation of a prompt installation date. Two employees arrived on time and carried out the necessary work without fuss. They kept me abreast of what they were doing, removed the previous increasingly costly alarm system, tidied up as they went and ensured that I understood the new system before departure. They went the extra mile to satisfy myself as a customer. In fitting the outside alarm boxes to the front and rear of my property they discovered that the new boxes left unpainted wall that the earlier different shaped boxes had covered. I had some additional wall paint and employees painted the walls where required before installing new alarm boxes - most impressed and avoided me having to later climb ladders and paint! Invoice arrived with items priced correctly. I wish all tradesfolk operated to the same high standard. Recommend!

I've just completed a full house renovation and had an alarm installed. My choice was to have this installed over 3 days, weeks apart, due to tge amount if work ongoing at the property.
