Before the work was done, Circle Security were very helpful answering my questions. On the day of installation they arrived promptly, explained what they were going to do, answered our queries and performed the work in a tidy and professional way. They also gave an excellent rundown on how the system worked.

Not the cheapest, but it's worth paying for quality when it comes to security. The job was completed when they said it would be, and adding extra sensors during the install wasn't a problem. Had a small issue after a few weeks with system not connecting to Wi-Fi, but this was quickly resolved and has been fine since.

From the initial contact through to the final installation of the alarm, Circle Security staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. A thoroughly professional outfit, we were kept informed about what they were doing and fully consulted when decisions had to made about the positioning of sensors. Highly recommended and, by the way, they even brought their own vacuum cleaner to clean up the little dust they created!

Circle security installed a new alarm system for us. They were very pleasant & helpful throughout. They came earlier in our building work to run a cable to make installation easy later. They arrived quickly to sort a snagging problem & made no charge for a final visit to re-site a sensor that turned out to be hidden by a curtain pole.
