Circle Security gave a very professional impression from first contact to the completion of the installation. The work was done according to plan and to budget. The engineers were friendly and went about their business professionally. We have had two issues with the equipment in the three months since installation and they have been prompt and effective in resolving those. The issues were with items of kit not the installation work by Circle. There is reassurance in dealing with a local company. (I waited to submit this review so that I had experience of the systems in operation and of any support needed. The support has been great; if there are further issues with items of kit I will seek to update this review, but we assume that these were one-offs and all now resolved). The app for the video system could be more intuitive to use and/or have better instructions for use; perhaps integration of the alarm and video systems would be useful; but overall the alarm, video system and lighting all operate well and we are very satisfied with them.

We contacted Circle Security to review our very old alarm, not theirs, following some recent house renovations. Kevin was quick to pick up our enquiry, visit, quote and instal. From start to finish we have been nothing other than IMPRESSED with the quality of service and work undertaken. Grant was our very skilled and impressive engineer who painstakingly reconfigured us to a wireless system and upgrading our options for enhanced security. At every stage we have received notifications of arrival, work to be undertaken and timescales. Professional, polished, helpful and friendly, the level of communication was nothing short of outstanding. As 'old fogies' who can struggle with technology from time to time we found the walk through on how to work our system well explained and given ever so patiently. Circle Security were great from start to finish. They were willing to upgrade our old system while others wouldn’t work with us. They did a great job and were accommodating and flexible while we had other work being done in the house. All the work was done thoroughly and Grant did a good job of explaining things. Going forward with a maintenance contract I feel they will give us the personal service we were looking for.

We decided to replace our 30 year old house alarm system recently, so canvased friends and neighbours for experience with house alarm installation and support companies. Circle Security was the company that was most recommended. When they visited, they explained the options clearly, gave a clear breakdown of the costs and nothing was a problem. We had to change the installation dates a couple of times and they accommodated our requests without any issues. They arrived when they said they would, were very considerate and cleaned up as they went. They even managed to run the cables in the loft despite all the junk we have stored up there! The real plus is that they are a local firm that is based in our community, so it is easy to drop into the office if you have a question. Would definitely recommend these guys for you home alarm installation and support.

Our home security system had become dated and faulty. Circle Security were highly recommended by some friends and they had excellent online reviews so we asked if they could provide a replacement system for us. Grant visited our home and fully explained all the options that were available to us and what the related costs would be. A few weeks later Grant came and installed our new security system and it has been working perfectly ever since. The service provided to us by Circle / Grant was first class and I'd thoroughly recommend using them if you're thinking of installing a new security system.

Circle Security replaced a 30-year-old intruder alarm system in our four bedroom house. Both design and installation were excellent: options clearly explained, questions and requests quickly followed up, and the work itself done quickly and well. Very pleased with the result.

When replacing an old system, we looked at the alarm boxes near us, chose who was being used most and spoke to a couple of neighbours we knew who were very happy with Circle Security. After a long delay on our part, the chosen system was installed by Grant and his assistant, Alastair, both of whom kept us informed of work as it progresed. The job was completed with careful clearing up and the system and app operation explained to both of us. Can't fault the installation.

We chose them on the basis that they were the nearest Which Approved Trader. It was a good choice. They were asked to replace our existing alarm system which was 33 years old and beginning to give trouble. They kept to their appointed times both for the initial survey and the installation and were happy to include the late modification I requested. They were all very careful regarding the positioning of the component parts, always consulting us to ensure we were happy. They gathered all the waste material and cleaned up when the work was complete. They were happy to spend as much time as required to demonstrate the system to us before leaving. The work was all done at the agreed price. I would certainly recommend them.

We contacted Circle Security to arrange for a quote to replace our old intruder system and to have CCTV installed. We have found Circle to be professional, courteous and outstanding throughout lour dealings. At the outset, Scott devised a system to meet our needs. On receipt of the quote, Scott was very helpful in answering our questions so that we had a clear understanding of what was involved. The installation process was very smooth and Scott, Grant and their apprentice, Sam, were a joy to have round our house. They took great care when installing the various hardware and also ensured that we had a good understanding of how to operate the technology. I cannot speak highly enough of our experience! Circle Security have just installed a new security system and fire alarm system in our office. As a small community charity we were looking for a local, friendly and professional company to do this work for us. Circle Security met all our hopes - from first meeting with Scott to dealing with Tracey in the office and then meeting Calum, Grant and the rest of the team who carried out the installation work. I had an alarm system installed by this company and have been very happy with the process and experience. I've found Cricle to be polite, responsive and professional at every stage of this process. On the day of install, Alistair & Grant were very punctual. They were friendly, informative and kept my expectations set the entire time doing a great job. Service was excellent and prices fair. I have no complaints on the installation of my system.

I had a new alarm installed by Circle on 21st March 2024. Everyone with whom I dealt be it by 'phone, email or in person was polite and helpful, answering all my questions clearly. All appointments were kept. I was particularly impressed that after installation, waste was cleared up, divided into appropriate piles and I was told where each pile should go for appropriate recycling or disposal.

The installation by Circle of my new security system has been a great experience from start to finish. They listened to our needs and made sensible recommendations on what we would need. They went the extra mile to ensure that cables were hidden during installation, they arrived exactly when they said they would and everything was left very tidy. We had a system from a previous supplier (ADT) which developed a fault and nearly caused a little fire when the battery overheated. They offered a replacement system which was inflexible and had an automatic relay to the police. The monthly charge was excessive. We contacted Circle Security because they are Which Trusted Traders. The initial assessment was careful polite and listened to our requirements. It was not possible to use the existing wiring and they offered a wireless system. The work done was faultless. I can recommend them 100%

We have a new build and required the installation of an home intruder alarm system. They turned up to quote/ carry out the work when they said they would and there were no hidden costs or extras. Scott, Grant and Sam were all very polite, helpful and smart. The wiring is all hidden and they were very clean and tidy. We would recommend Circle Security to anyone.

We accepted a quote from Circle Security (Scotland) Ltd to install a new alarm system and cameras at our new home. This was to be done over a two day period. We received a text each day saying they were on their way and they gave an ETA. The work was completed within the two days as agreed. We have used the same company before at our last home and this was the reason we used them again, twelve years later. They were and have been helpful in the past if we had any issues with the system. They are so respectful working in and around the home and left no mess.

We needed an upgrade to our security system. Someone came out within a couple of days, and did not try to sell us anything unnecessary. Everything explained well and work was carried out within 10 days. Extremely happy with what was done.

The estimate was very reasonable and certainly cheaper than the national company we had been using for a long time. The engineers arrived on time and did everything they said they would do. They were helpful and polite and did a high-quality job. They left everything tidy. We had a follow-up question which was dealt with the same day.
