Circle Security installed a burglar alarm system for me. I was very pleased with the planning, specification, installation work, promptness and efficiency, and the trouble they took to explain features of the system, how to use it, and so on. The system has been running for two months now, and has proved reliable and easy to use. I have great confidence in it. Other contractors quoted lower prices, or offered more features in the system, but I chose Circle Security for long-term reliability and simplicity.

We chose Circle Security to install a new alarm system based at least in part on the Which TT reviews. The guys did an excellent job from the initial specification and follow up through to the job completion. First class in every way. Particular mention to the installers who were clean and tidy (and polite) and showed great attention to detail. I will have no hesitation in using Circle again and recommending them to friends.

We were impressed with Circle from the outset. In assessing our home and setting out the options, they were careful in ensuring that we were getting a bespoke solution that suited our needs as opposed to installing a bog-standard system. The actual work was carried out carefully, to a very high standard. Not the cheapest quote we received but overall, more likely to have been the best.

Arrived prompt and explained the set up of alarm system answering questions I had. On installation date arrived on time, explained what he would do and asked permission. Went ahead tidying up behind him and once finished explained how it worked, to set it etc. Prompt service when I had a small problem, came out and went over the relevant area with me. Felt comfortable as dealt with quick and professional.

Service from start to finish has been excellent with Circle Security. The initial assessment at my property was thorough and from this an alarm system was promptly specified that met my needs and also all necessary industry requirements for monitored alarm systems. The engineers who installed the alarm were very polite and professional and took the time to make sure I was aware of everything that was being undertaken. The workmanship was very tidy and following installation a full explanation of the how to operate the system was provided. Would certainly not hesitate in recommending.

We wanted a bespoke reasonably priced system fitted to our home quite quickly. Circle was recommended to us by a neighbour. The initial assessment of the required system was done within a couple of days of inquiry with the installation undertaken in a quiet, professional and respectful manner by all the members of the Circle team. The system is easy to use and we already feel more at ease as it is also monitored 24hrs by an Alarm Response Centre. We would highly recommend Circle.

Circle security installed a new alarm system for us. They were very pleasant & helpful throughout. They came earlier in our building work to run a cable to make installation easy later. They arrived quickly to sort a snagging problem & made no charge for a final visit to re-site a sensor that turned out to be hidden by a curtain pole.

From the initial contact through to the final installation of the alarm, Circle Security staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. A thoroughly professional outfit, we were kept informed about what they were doing and fully consulted when decisions had to made about the positioning of sensors. Highly recommended and, by the way, they even brought their own vacuum cleaner to clean up the little dust they created!
