Citronics is an independent family run garage that has been trading in Harpenden since 1990. We pride ourselves on delivering a friendly, personal and professional service to all our customers.

Last week Craig completed the MOT (at a nearby centre) and service on my wife's car and contacted us before undertaking work on an MOT advisory. We decided not to have that done at the moment. In recent months he has serviced my own car and sorted out punctures on mine and my son's car. He is always polite and does his very best to fit in emergency situations. Great business and wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have been using them for services and repairs for several years and have always felt like I've been treated fairly. Once, my car was making a noise sounding like the suspension had a fault. Driving it down to be checked out it did not make the noise. Having checked it thoroughly, they said they could find nothing. So, a good test of honesty: when they could see no need for any work they said so, even though they were passing up the chance to bill me for some work. As a result, they have a loyal customer.

Replacement of a damaged tyre put on their doorstep just before doing - picked up the following morning just after 10:15am. It was fitted to the car, all tyre pressures checked. The spare put in the boot, very very happy with the service.
