Paul visited at short notice to fix a leak from my boiler over the Christmas period when I thought I would not be able to find anyone to assist. I've now had him back to service the boiler and make some repairs. He was able to make those repairs in spite of difficult access because of the boiler location His interest was in repairing only those parts necessary and not in selling a new boiler as I have experienced from others previously.

I needed a new boiler. Paul came around on the same day I called him. He was extremely helpful, took the time to explain everything in details and advised me on the best boiler to get for my flat. He then sent me a quote that same night which was very competitive (£800 cheaper that the other one I got). After I accepted his quote, he fitted the new boiler 3 days later. He did a great job, left the place tidy, and even replaced my faulty toilet flush while he was there at no extra cost! Superb service, I won't hesitate to recommend City & Shire heating.
