The team arrived prompt and early on the day - just before 9am and started by prepping the house to ensure they kept it clean as they went. The system was drained throughout and very carefully done. The gas was tested to ensure no leaks. As it was all safe, they removed and took away the old boiler and bits and fitted the brand new one once the flush had been completed. They even took the time to explain the functions on the new boiler and what the filter would do and completed the essential regulatory paperwork. The team took time out to ask if I was happy with the job. They the finished job that day and before leaving cleaned up their work area and took any rubbish with them. Overall I would recommend them to all I know, great team work and explaining everything as they went. Even showed me the sludge they got out of the radiators after the flush! Very trustworthy and professional, clean and tidy and reassuring. Brilliant job. It’s great to have a silent warm house once again. Thank you so much for this. A reliable & trustworthy company.

They carried out the work at very short notice and I was impressed with their attitude and the job they did for me which was replacing an old boiler, some pipework and a radiator. They were on time, clean and tidy and coped well with the unexpected problems on site, finishing the job in a day and charging exactly as quoted.
