After using CJ Charles for a previous boiler replacement, as well as other minor jobs all of which were completed to a high standard as promised,and on top at reasonable rates, we decided to get in touch once more to replace our ageing boiler in a new property we purchased. Naturally this was one of the bigger jobs we wanted to have done to add piece of mind in our new home and as before CJ Charles didn't disappoint. From initial visit to assess the work required, through to the quotation and easy booking system to secure the work,right up until the date the work was completed, the process was easy, transparent, on time and on budget as requested. Couldn't recommend highly enough.
