I obtained 3 quotes, one from an employee fitting boilers in his spare time and two from established companies of which CJ Charles was one and the most competitive. Work was carried out very efficiently in one day (3 operatives). There was a small problem with the boiler flap which they reviewed the next day but was not fixable - we decided to use boiler without the flap (as it was in cupboard anyway). Also one exit pipe from kitchen & one in pipe from external pipe needed sealing (fixed promptly). Overall very satisfied.
