Mr Charles came out to photograph the fire I needed replacing and didn't mind when I didn't buy the new fire from him. His engineer came on the day he was supposed to come and did a good job. He protected my carpet and cleared up when he'd finished. A really good job was done and I'm going to recommend him to my neighbour

I was visiting my mum and she needed the service carrying out. They were able to fit me in the same week and arrived at the arranged time. A smart young man turned up and laid out his dust sheets. He found a problem with the fire which meant he had to cap it off as the flue wasn't working correctly. He explained that his company would be in touch within 7 days with a quote to do the job. It hasn't been 7 days yet so can't comment further. The boiler service was carried out and he explained things as he went. There was no mess, everything was cleared away and he hoovered up after himself. I was impressed by the service and wouldn't hesitate to use them again; and probably will do to get the flue repair done.
