Chris completed some work at my mum-in-law's in February when he fixed a plug socket that was hanging out of the wall. On both visits, he was very professional, warm and patient. He returned on the 30th of March with his colleague, who was also great (I'm so sorry that I didn't catch his name as it was a hectic morning before they arrived!) They were both professional, warm and very understanding and adaptive due to my mum-in-law's dementia. The way that they worked around her made a big difference and stopped her from being more upset. We really appreciated this as her carers and now have the peace of my mind that her electrics are safe! They added protective plug covers, completed an electrical safety report and installed a new fuse board. We would absolutely recommend them!

Chris visited property after I requested a quote via email. He clearly explained the work involved. A written quotation was supplied after visit. After quotation accepted, Chris asked when we would like the work to be done & a date was fixed. The install was done in a neat & tidy manner with no mess left whatsoever. A certificate of compliance was issued before he left the property.

Chris fitted an outdoor security light and repaired another outdoor light. He responded quickly to my request, explained my options and carried out the work efficiently. He also explained potential problems with my electrical system.

Work involved first and second fit for new kitchen, new consumer unit and complete check of household wiring. Timely and very tidy work. Chris clearly knows his stuff, and the testing of the existing circuits was very thorough. I have no hesitation recommending him for any domestic works.
