We have recently had Christy in to service our boiler, replace a clicker tap and resolve some knocking radiators. Christy was punctual, thorough and very knowledgeable, taking the time to check all of our heating system and radiators. Some plumbers would just want to look at the issue in isolation rather than check the whole system to be sure nothing else has gone wrong. Christy explained what he was doing and why so we had a clear understanding of the problem. Then Christy came back a week later to carry out the repairs. We have complete confidence in him and his work. Christy is a pleasure to have around, extremely personable and polite and very good at his job. I would recommend Christy to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable plumber.

My central heating was not working as effectively as it should have been. Christie power flushed the whole system, cleaned headed tank and balanced all radiators. In the thirty three years we have lived in the house - current boiler ten years old (our third one) - the heating system has never been so effective. Christie is courteous, works cleanly and with great care for our home. He is a very open and approachable person. So impressed I had him back to sort out an inconsistent flushing toilet and recommended him to my daughter, who has a plumbing issue.

Christie came as promised in the morning, once I booked him through Which. He was excellent and managed to fix the plumbing problem straight away. I highly recommend him for any plumbing job. He also recommended a water softener and what parts need to be changed in the shower unit. We will be looking forward to seeing him for a second visit to fix the shower unit.

Christy is pleasant, friendly, and competent. He completed my boiler service quickly and efficiently. He is very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain exactly what he was doing - and why he was doing it. He even explained how to interpret the results of his flue gas analyser. My boiler is on the 15-year mark now, and I expected that the recent service might be its last. But Christy said I should ignore artificial limits, and rely on the results of the service - on a year-by-year basis. So he's saving me money as well. Christy will be my first port of call for any future work - especially after reading other reviews presented in this forum.

I had several jobs to do and and each one was tackled with care and attention. All my quieries were answered satisfactory and I understood accordingly. My home was left clean and tidy and all the work done. Chris was a very clean and tidy in appearance, he also had a good sense of humour.

Central heating not working so contacted CJServices as they were highly recommended by a friend. Christy from CJ responded straight away and as we had no heating went out of his way to fit us in at short notice. He arrived on time and quickly identified the problem which involved getting a replacement pump which Christy went and collected and immediately returned to finish the job to a high standard. A fast friendly and very efficient worker we would not hesitate to recommend CJServices/Christy and would not now use anyone else for any plumbing work. Thank you for a great job Christy!
