Christy came to replace our failing boiler with a combi, remove the hot water tank, and related pipework. He arrived promptly, co-ordinating the team who came to carry out related work (to increase our water pressure) and carried out the work efficiently and neatly. He was very friendly and helpful answering my questions, and explaining how the new system worked. Since installing the new system in 2023 he has always been happy to discuss any queries I have, whether related to the installation or if I text him generally about heating matters.

Although the routing and location of the plumbing of the house (being Edwardian) was tricky, Chris was able to figure it out and then explain it to me. He carried out the works (to provide our flat with a new water supply route and to remove an old water tank from the loft) very knowledgeably and professionally. His sub-contractor water engineers (who connect the home water supply to the national water mains) were also observably very good at what they do. The invoiced work was done in line with the prior written estimate. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend CJServices.

Christy is great, he recently replaced a faulty shower and bath unit in a new build flat for me. The work was done to a very high standard. This involved removing the old unit, replacing with a new one and retiling to ensure it looked as good as new. I have also used Christy for boiler servicing and repairs in the past, all of which have been done professionally.

I contacted Christy of CJ Services because my gas boiler had broken down and needed replacement. He came to my house the same evening and we discussed a number of options regarding what needed to be done. I was impressed with Christy's knowledge, enthusiasm and I got the impression he cared about doing a good job. I was then emailed with quotes for 2 different options and I was able to make an informed choice of what was best for me. The new boiler was installed 4 days later, but we noticed that 2 towel radiators and another radiator did not heat up properly. It was a real detective problem for Christy to solve and giving up wasn't an option. It took another 2 visits before he found a blockage in the copper pipes which was made up of a plug of rockwool (used for insulation in the loft) and several pieces of solder. It may be that a piece of rockwool got into the expansion tank in the loft and then got sucked into the pipework. Everything now works perfectly and I am very pleased with the outcome, including the Hive smart thermostat which makes it very easy and convenient to control central heating/hot water timings and temperature. Christy kept in touch with me throughout and I am confident he will help me if there are any other problems.

I needed a first fix for my en suite installation. CJ attended my property to see what was required and the qoute was reasonable. He started the job promptly on the agreed date. Work was very tidy and he respected my property. I was very happy with the way he prepared/left the pipe work ready for the next stage. He also gave me some good ideas for bathroom fixtures and fittings! Nice guy.

I called CJ Service on Wednesday evening because my boiler was broken, leaving me without heating. Christy came on Thursday morning, he quickly identified the problem, and then he replaced the necessary part and get it a service. I couldn't be happier with his work. He was extremely professional, and I highly recommend him.

Unfortunately came home to our boiler not working, no hot water at all. In a busy household, it is a nightmare! After contacting CJServices, our boiler had been fixed, serviced and all works completed within an hour. Outstanding workmanship and excellent attitude. Would highly recommend!

The magnetic filter of my Vaillant boiler was leaking. I went to a local plumbing supplies shop where I met Mr Casey by chance. He suggested replacing it with Magnaclean filter. I looked at his business card and asked him if he could supply and fit it. He agreed and did the job on second day we met 25.4.24. I find him very helpful, his work is excellent. I will not hesitate to use his service again!

As part of a flat complete refurbishment we had a new central heating system installed (New boiler & flue, thermostat, new radiators, new towel rail, & new hot & cold feeds to bathroom & kitchen appliances). Right from the outset we had problems with Christy: he fell out with the builder & wouldn't work with him; after some changes to what was required (moving the position of the boiler) everything was 'extra', resulting on a bill 50% higher than the quote; before the job ended he announced he was going on holiday for 5 weeks - although when asked he then rushed to finish the job; but he left the thermostat Receiver unconnected to the boiler, TRV's off the radiators. We won't be working with him again, and filed a complaint to Gas Safe that the system was not properly completed or commissioned.

Christopher was very helpful. He came within 10 mins of notice and did an excellent job to thoroughly check the boiler. He knows his stuff and gives the right and honest advice. Totally worth the money. I would really recommend Christopher for boiler related work.

Christopher Casey installed a new central heating boiler after the demise of my previous one. He arrived on time, worked cleanly, bringing his own dust sheets etc. The job was done within the day and he only took a very short break. The result was excellent and he has been back to check it is all working well. I can highly recommend his services to anyone but you need to book him well in advance as he is in demand

Christy carried out a power flush and installed a Vaillant boiler, TRVs fitted to each radiator and a Hive smart thermostat. This was to replace an old Worcester boiler. The work was done on time and to the agreed quotation. He had a friendly manner and did a clean job protecting the floor and tidying up afterwards.He had good communication and always got back to me for any questions. The new boiler is superb and I noticed a big improvement in performance. Overall highly recommended.

After having numerous issues with our boiler and we contacted a few gas engineers that said the boiler would be too difficult to replace due to the position or they would quote crazy prices to do the job. Thankfully we got recommended to Christy. He came round shortly after we contacted him and told us exactly what was required and gave us a quote which was a fair price. He replaced the boiler and got everything completed in one day including commissioning. He was on time, very tidy and a pleasure to have in the house. I will be definitely recommending Christy to anyone asking for a top quality heating/gas engineer!

Chris performed a boiler service and fitted a new basin tap in a few hours. He arrived a little later than planned but let me know beforehand. He was friendly and explained what he was doing and why. The next morning we discovered a small leak due to a failed part. He came around in a few hours and fixed it, charging a reduced call-out fee because it was a quick and simple job. We have recently had Christy in to service our boiler, replace a clicker tap and resolve some knocking radiators. Christy was punctual, thorough and very knowledgeable, taking the time to check all of our heating system and radiators. Some plumbers would just want to look at the issue in isolation rather than check the whole system to be sure nothing else has gone wrong. Christy explained what he was doing and why so we had a clear understanding of the problem. Then Christy came back a week later to carry out the repairs.
