Having just had my bedroom decorated, I required the carpet to be cleaned before the furniture was put back in the room, as soon as Glyn could do. I had no need to wait - it was cleaned the very next morning. A clean, efficient and friendly service and the carpet looks lovely.

Glynn arrived at the agreed time, and assessed the state of the carpets, confirming that the cost would be as estimated on the phone. He had told me in advance what facilities he would require to carry out the job, and he was scrupulously thorough in the cleaning of our two rooms. The results were beyond my expectations! He explained that the carpets could be walked on once cleaned, and thoughtfully warned of stepping onto smooth flooring with damp shoes! Glynn is very pleasant to chat to and is clearly very proud of his 40 years in the business, and I will certainly be using this service again when the necessity arises.

Glyn was fantastic during the whole process, which was made easy and convenient through each step. My carpets look amazing following a thorough clean by Glyn. I have used Clean Footprints before and yet again I cannot fault their work. Prompt response to set up the appointment and timely arrival today. Glyn is very professional and personable. He worked in a meticulous manner, from upstairs to downstairs, moving furniture as required. He gave great aftercare advice for the immediate use and suggestions for suitable mats to minimise transfer of daily dirt, wear and tear. I highly recommend Clean Footprints UK.
