Glynn was booked as a last minute thing and was able to come to us the next day. He arrived on time and got straight to the job in hand. He has done a wonderful job of the stairs, landing carpet and the rug we needed cleaning. Everything looks brand new. Lounge, stairs and landing cleaned for the first time. Glynn arrived on time and was here for a couple of hours. He was very informative during the process and also about aftercare. He did an outstanding job on very grubby carpets!! Would definitely use this company again and won’t hesitate to recommend them.

Glyn and helper came when they said they would, were courteous and helpful, and cleaned our two light grey ten year old sofas and armchair as well as an even older cream sofa and the bases of 4 chairs. The cream sofa in particular had very bad staining from visits by a dog and one of the grey sofas had heavy staining on the headrest and from dye seeping out of blue jeans over time. However, they are now back to their pristine best. Very definitely worth calling Clean Footprints in.

I took some time comparing carpet cleaners' websites and pitched for Clean Footprints. The large cleaning machine was set up just outside our front door and the hose taken in to the downstairs living and dining room. Our carpet, particularly in the doorway, was badly soiled and Glyn pointed out, and I agreed, that using a Vax carpet cleaner hadn't helped; I was doubtful as to what he could do. When he had finished we were quite amazed. The cleaned area closely matched the colour of the part that had been covered by a rug since new and we are delighted with the result. A pleasant gentleman to deal with, we shall certainly use him again.

I found Glyns' company 'Clean footprints' via Google and was 'NOT' disappointed!! No easy task lay ahead as we have two dogs, two lodgers and have been renovating our home. Glyn cleaned a three piece suite that was dull and stained and the white now pops and the fabric looks like new. He also cleaned two bedrooms, a lounge and a staircase carpet for us. The service was efficient, stress free, on time and Glyn was friendly and professional. Thankyou for all your hard work!!

A very professional service. Glynn arrived at the time stated and confirmed the rooms to be cleaned. As owners of two dogs the carpets had become a little grubby. Extra care was taken with a couple of darker stains and the carpets have come up a treat. Advice was provided about drying times and ongoing care with a Health & Safety warning about stepping onto tiled floors whilst the carpets remained damp. We would definitely use CleanFootprints again.

This is the first time our carpets have been cleaned since they were laid. We have a rather mucky spaniel and so there was plenty of dirt to be removed. The results are fantastic and Glyn was helpful and pleasant to have in the house. I would thoroughly recommend this service.

Have had carpets cleaned by them multiple times and so did my nan. Unfortunately today they turned up 25 minutes early. I didn't have time to vacuum because of this. Asked he return at our appointment time (10am) then proceed to wait until 11:34am before calling on a different phone as it seems they've blocked our number. Never said he wouldn't return, just left and didn't answer calls or messages. Thoroughly disappointed and don't recommend. Glad they didn't ask for payment upfront.

Having just had my bedroom decorated, I required the carpet to be cleaned before the furniture was put back in the room, as soon as Glyn could do. I had no need to wait - it was cleaned the very next morning. A clean, efficient and friendly service and the carpet looks lovely.

Glynn arrived at the agreed time, and assessed the state of the carpets, confirming that the cost would be as estimated on the phone. He had told me in advance what facilities he would require to carry out the job, and he was scrupulously thorough in the cleaning of our two rooms. The results were beyond my expectations! He explained that the carpets could be walked on once cleaned, and thoughtfully warned of stepping onto smooth flooring with damp shoes! Glynn is very pleasant to chat to and is clearly very proud of his 40 years in the business, and I will certainly be using this service again when the necessity arises.

Very pleasant man who came a little early, explained the procedure and how long it would take. He worked quickly and efficiently and explained how long the carpet would take to dry out. He did a good job at a reasonable price.

I called this company after a google search and was pleasantly surprised by how helpful they were. I was quickly and easily able to get a quote and a date booked in to clean my upholstery which had been exposed to house renovations. They arrived on time, went through what would be done, and then got on with the job. I was able to continue working my job from home whilst the work was being done and was really pleased with the end result. The sofas look great and it was definitely worth it. I will be arranging for them to come back when the build is finished to do the rest of my upholstery, and have already recommended the company to a friend.

Contacted Glyn via his web site for a quote. He responded very promptly and we agreed he would do the work on 17/3/21. Glyn arrived on the appointed day at the time agreed and carried out the work quickly and efficiently. Two of the carpets were quite old but have been greatly improved by Glyn's cleaning. Very pleased with the end result and the cost was reasonable. Would be happy to recommend Glyn.

Wow, what can I say, my carpets look brand new again and my sofas have been bought back to life. I didn't expect them to look this good especially as I have a dog that loves mud and there is no way to shut him out of the room. Really really impressed. Glyn was punctual, friendly and very thorough...I will be getting him back to do the rest of my carpets before too long.

My lounge and a bedroom carpet were cleaned, not an easy job as they were in a bit of a state and Glyn did an amazing job they now look like new. He arrived on time and invoiced what he had quoted me and was very polite and professional. I would definitely recommend him.

The cleaner was called Mark and was very polite and courteous. He seemed a friendly character. My booking was for my hall stairs and landing to be cleaned. He explained to me about the process and proceeded to doing to job. He worked very hard and asked me to view the carpet when he had finished. I was pleased with the result but the carpet was still damp and hopefully it will look as just as good a job when it is dry. I would recommend this cleaner and the company.

I arranged this carpet cleaning on behalf of my elderly father. I wasn't present at the time, but my Dad says they did a great job. I visited Dad the next day and the carpet look great. I would definitely recommend Clean Footprints, and use them again in the future.

We had to organise an end of tenancy carpet cleaning for the rental property we were leaving. We also decided that our new house would benefit from having the carpets cleaned before we moved the majority of the furniture in. Glyn was incredibly helpful and friendly, offering great advice and a competitive price for cleaning the two houses. I received a call a few days prior to their visit as a confirmation; much appreciated when you're in the middle of a chaotic house move. The two gentlemen that came were very polite and helpful, and explained what would realistically be possible in each room. The carpets were very soiled from a busy household before us, so I wasn't expecting a huge improvement. The chaps worked very hard to clean the whole house and did an AMAZING job. The carpets looked almost new in most places, and the heavily soiled areas were barely noticeable in comparison. They also did a fantastic job of our end of tenancy house, which ended with us getting our full deposit back (a rarity in this day and age). I have never used professional carpet cleaners before but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend CleanFootprints to anyone. The service and quality of the workmanship is second to none. They gave drying time and what to expect etc. The job took 1 hour and they left the room clean and tidy afterwards. Both were polite and chatty and answered any questions. Two gentleman arrived from the company to clean my landing and stairs and 2 rugs this morning. They were a few minutes early and we’re well prepared for the job. They were both exceptionally polite and the job was completed efficiently to a high standard...they were willing to even go the extra mile and help me move the stair gate before they started. I already had a good impression of the company as the head office arranging the call out were helpful and polite, but today’s job really was a pleasure. Mark was a very pleasant young man who provided a very professional service. Our carpets have not been cleaned for more that three years so they were well trodden down especially on the stairs. He cleaned and restored them to look like new, especially awkward in view of the stair lift supports. We have dogs in the house so I would say they were quite dirty ! He also cleaned and restored two loose carpets in the hall and lounge which were badly stained. Marvellous work. I will certainly ask for a return visit when the time comes. Thank you.

Spoke to Glen regarding our needs after residential tenancy had ended and as landlord required home to be clean and fresh. Finding a Which trusted trader helper, then filling in the contact on the site was easy, and I was called immediately by a friendly chap who arranged the visit and gave me a fair estimate. From start to finish his workmanship was faultless and I was really pleased with the results of the deep clean on the two sofas. They were like new! He, (didn't get his name) worked alone and wasn't feeling well but worked very hard and efficiently to get the carpet clean, he did an excellent job and I will use the firm again happily and recommend them very highly. Was dubious about the cleaning but major stain has disappeared. Are still some darker marks on the carpet but not enough to have to renew the carpet as overall the carpet is now presentable again so carpet cleaning did what I wanted. I have smelled the carpets up close and they no longer smell. So a good job done - and worth having done it. Many thanks.
