I am pleased with installation of my new door from Clearview 2000. Every thing went smoothly from the quote to completing. The door looks like good quality.

Following the review of three companies for the replacement of our windows and doors, we chose Clearview 2000. This choice was made following the review of comments on the net, together with the interpersonal approach from Vicki and her son Joe, who both run the company. Their approach to our questions and lack of awareness, in respect of uPVC double glazing and doors, cannot be faulted and can only be congratulated. Their response and approach gave us the confidence to commission Clearview 2000 to install our windows. As, I suppose with many people, the consequence of having your house ripped apart was very daunting and concerning. We were having 12 windows, 1 bay, 2 doors and 2 sliding patio doors replaced, creating many areas where issues could be raised. However, the two guys who came to carry out the work, Glenn and Bill, laid confidence from the minute they arrived. The work was well scheduled, providing ample time for the windows to be replaced and thus avoid mistakes. The guys were so respectful for their work environment and pre prepared the flooring and work area to avoid damage or dust that would be created. Additionally, they took great pride in the work they carried out. The guys communicated all their approaches and advised of any concerns that arose. The work was completed on time and in a good manner, providing an excellent quality finish. I would have no problem recommending Vicki and her excellent team at Clearview 2000

I needed to replace the upvc windows and back door (installed in 2000) in a town house, as some were very difficult to close and one impossible to open. Clearview provided an excellent service from the initial survey and discussion of options with Joe, and detailed measurement survey by Jamie to follow, to the actual installation by Karl and Luke, with regular, efficient and pleasant administrative support throughout from Vicki. Karl and Luke worked extremely hard, and in sometimes challenging circumstances; the house's tight staircases meant they had to winch the new frames - a substantial weight - up to the 1st and 2nd floors (on one occasion amid a sudden cloudburst), and they arranged additional support from Jamie, Craig and Bill so that despite the challenges the work was completed within the proposed timescale of 5 days (at no extra cost). They took pride in their workmanship, and I felt they were genuinely invested in giving me the best possible outcome they could achieve, which has been much admired (including by other trades). At the end of the job they spontaneously wiped down the floor and cleared away all rubbish. It was necessary to erect scaffolding because of the height of the house, and Clearview were also most amenable to working with a roofing company I had asked to carry out some roof repairs, arranging for their scaffolders to include a roofer's lift so that I only had to pay for one set of scaffolding. I am very pleased to recommend them.

The double-glazed unit in our back door shattered. (N.B. it had not been fitted by Clearview 2000!) I sent photographs to four local companies and although Clearview were not quite the cheapest, they were able to arrange a survey, promptly, before we went on holiday so that the new unit could be ordered and fitted soon after we came home. Yesterday, the two fitters arrived at the time agreed and replaced the unit which was quite fiddly because of the glazing bars. They were cheerful, polite, professional and cleared up thoroughly before they left. When the surveyor came to measure the unit, he told me it would take an hour, which I didn't believe. He was right. Based on this experience, I would definitely recommend the company.

Great customer service from Vicki who was transparent throughout the process. The tradesman were also very professional and done a fantastic job from start to finish; laying carpet covers, removing debris, tidying as they go so it did not impact me whilst working from home, etc. The thought of replacing all the windows in my house was daunting, but they look fantastic, the lead time was great and I couldn’t be happier. I cannot thank you enough and I would highly recommend.

We have used Clearview 2000 on many occasions including a conservatory that was fitted 2 years ago. Today we had fitted a new set of French doors leading into the Conservatory from the Lounge. The fact that we keep going back to them when we need some new windows/doors speaks for itself. From the start of meeting or speaking to the Team Vicki and Joe, we cannot fault their business. Everything runs smoothly, the quotes are always competitive. The fitters are polite, clean and tidy and go that extra mile to finish the job at a very high standard. If you choose Clearview 2000 you will not be disappointed.

We sought out multiple quotes before getting Clearview to replace two of our large windows and replace the cladding on our dormer window. They were the most helpful and best value for money by far! We had Glen and Mason come to do the work who were absolutely lovely and did a brilliant job, checking to see if we were happy each step of the way and very hard working they completed everything in 2 days. We can already feel the difference in our house being so much warmer. Can’t recommend enough.

I had my windows on my house replaced. From the initial survey, to the end result, the whole process was so easy and stress free. Happy with the work carried out, would definitely recommend.

Clearview fitted a couple of replacement sealed units to my double-glazed windows. I chose them because they had done some replacement windows for my neighbour and she was happy with their service. I found them easy and friendly to deal with, with good, clear communication, the guys who did the work were helpful and tidy. The cost seemed reasonable. I would use them again.

This is the third job we have had done by Clearview since 2018. They have always arrived at the agreed time and undertaken the work to a high standard at a reasonable price. I have no hesitation in recommending them highly.

I made contact with Clearview 2000, to replace the double glazed unit in my patio door, which was broken by a flying stone. They gave me good advice about my current saftey and security, then they came out quickly to measure what I needed. They then made contact a week later to arrange fitting of my double glazed unit, which was quicker than expected or quoted. The fitting was quick, by 2 wonderful gentlemen, left my house tidy. I was happy with the service all the way though, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Quick response to emails, turned up to measure and install on time and as promised, good fitters - clean and courteous. Some minor damage to one of the units was sorted no quibbles. As soon as the windows were installed we went back and ordered our doors from Clearview too, again all on time and well installed. Many thanks to everyone at Clearview :)

Clearview 2000 have replaced the old (35+ years) double glazing on our detached house with new, acoustic-laminated windows, and also replaced the front door. The estimation and subsequent survey process was friendly and efficient. Glazing options and costs were clearly explained. The three-man installation team worked quickly and efficiently, taking our wishes into account about which rooms to tackle first. They were polite and cleared up thoroughly each day before leaving. Six damaged panels were immediately re-ordered and installed within two working weeks. No invoice was issued until the 'snagging' had been dealt with. We found Clearview 2000 a good company to work with and are happy to recommend them. We also like our new windows, which have made our house interior significantly quieter.

We are delighted with the quality of the workmanship and the customer service, and with the price of the 10 windows that we had fitted. The fitters showed great attention to detail, and were both friendly and helpful. Vicki, in their office, was very helpful in resolving the only issue we had, which was a glazing pane that had to be replaced because it was scratched when supplied.

We contacted various companies for quotes when we started looking at windows for our new home. First, Joe came over and he was friendly and professional and offered us valuable advice about our choices. If we had any questions or queries, they were always answered promptly by Vicki and she was always really friendly and couldn’t be more helpful. The guys who came to fit the windows, Jamie, Bill and Mason, were all great and we couldn’t be happier with the result! Would definitely recommend Clearview 2000 and we’ll be using them again when we need to renew our doors in the foreseeable future.

A great experience from start to finish. I used ClearView 200 for a new front door, back and French doors. They were responsive and prompt and on the day very tidy and courteous. Very practical advice given - especially to ensure that I could easily reach to open the windows. The only company that thought about this.

Clearview misled us as to the security of these doors. The cylinder they fitted on our back door is rated as 1* security, we were burgled this weekend and we can see on our security camera that the burglars managed to get through the cylinder in under a minute. Company unwilling to accept any liability as they claim that the overall security of the locking mechanism is 3* and that the contract didn't specify we requested a high security cylinder, even though it's not marked any differently on the contract to the front door they fitted, which is a high security cylinder. The email chain during procurement makes it very clear we were highly security conscious and originally requested a composite back door (which would have had 3* cylinder. This wasn't possible as the door opening was too narrow and so it needed to be uPVC, but at no point did Clearview mention this would therefore mean we would not receive a 3* cylinder. This should at the very least have been mentioned or marked differently on our contract documents.

Clearview installed new upstairs windows for us and throughout the whole process kept us informed and were always quick to respond to any questions we had. All the options were explained clearly and the price we were originally quoted was the price we paid. The work was completed efficiently and quicker than expected which was a bonus! Would definitely use Clearview again due to their professionalism, friendliness and high quality work. Would highly recommend them!
