Straightforward presentation of product and clarification of our wishes regarding replacement of front door, sidelights and window. Competitive quote arrived a few days later. Excellent communication maintained throughout. The door we selected was from a relatively new range for the company and where a point of detail needed checking with the manufacturer this was promptly completed and a response forwarded to us. We found it particularly reassuring to have such excellent communications. Installation was carried out over the course of half a day or so by two experienced fitters. Overall we were very satisfied with the process.
