We contacted various companies for quotes when we started looking at windows for our new home. First, Joe came over and he was friendly and professional and offered us valuable advice about our choices. If we had any questions or queries, they were always answered promptly by Vicki and she was always really friendly and couldn’t be more helpful. The guys who came to fit the windows, Jamie, Bill and Mason, were all great and we couldn’t be happier with the result! Would definitely recommend Clearview 2000 and we’ll be using them again when we need to renew our doors in the foreseeable future.

A great experience from start to finish. I used ClearView 200 for a new front door, back and French doors. They were responsive and prompt and on the day very tidy and courteous. Very practical advice given - especially to ensure that I could easily reach to open the windows. The only company that thought about this.

Clearview misled us as to the security of these doors. The cylinder they fitted on our back door is rated as 1* security, we were burgled this weekend and we can see on our security camera that the burglars managed to get through the cylinder in under a minute. Company unwilling to accept any liability as they claim that the overall security of the locking mechanism is 3* and that the contract didn't specify we requested a high security cylinder, even though it's not marked any differently on the contract to the front door they fitted, which is a high security cylinder. The email chain during procurement makes it very clear we were highly security conscious and originally requested a composite back door (which would have had 3* cylinder. This wasn't possible as the door opening was too narrow and so it needed to be uPVC, but at no point did Clearview mention this would therefore mean we would not receive a 3* cylinder. This should at the very least have been mentioned or marked differently on our contract documents.

Clearview installed new upstairs windows for us and throughout the whole process kept us informed and were always quick to respond to any questions we had. All the options were explained clearly and the price we were originally quoted was the price we paid. The work was completed efficiently and quicker than expected which was a bonus! Would definitely use Clearview again due to their professionalism, friendliness and high quality work. Would highly recommend them!

We used Clearview 2000 to replace five windows, sliding patio door and front door. Everything worked well. The communication was excellent all the way trough the process. The installation was done promptly as agreed on the contract. They were even able to install one off the windows very quickly to accommodate our bathroom renovation timescale. The installers made excellent job and left things tidy after themselves. One of the window panel had small minor fault. Once we notified them, they quickly resolved the problem and replaced the panel. So the aftercare has also been very good. The quality of the windows and doors is excellent, we are very happy with them. Good value for money. We highly recommend Clearview 2000.

We had a leaking old conservatory that needed replacing from the brick walls upwards - windows, doors, roof. I looked at the top three local companies reviewed on this site. Clearview 2000 were prompt, knowledgeable and efficient and I had already decided to go with them before I saw the price - I was delighted that they came in the cheapest of the three. I asked them to use a different type of roof glass that had been recommended as reflecting more heat, and they were happy to oblige despite not usually using this type. The work was carried out to a high standard and took 3 days in total, less than I expected. They left the site tidy each day. I would be very happy to use them again.

We had a new front door installed in addition to new sash windows. Joe and Vicki are great - personable, really helpful and communicative throughout the process. Their pricing is fair and comparable to other similar companies. The guys who carried out the work were professional and kept the place tidy. There was a slight issue at the end in terms of the finish, but Joe and Vicki were quick to ensure we were happy with the work and organised for someone to come back to make the final amendments. We are really happy with Clearview and we'd definitely use them again!

They were very tidy and left the job clean and safe both days .I have used Clearview for windows doors a few years ago and this was for sofits facias and guttering replacement. They always return if there is a problem and sort it out without a fuss

We have just had the windows replaced by Cleaview2000 in our two front rooms, one bay & the other a normal window. Everything from the initial site survey by Joe, the installation / team and workmanship was excellent. As a contract officer I am used to getting quotes for work. Therefore I emailed several companies for quotes to replace one of our bedroom windows. Clearview2000 came back as the cheapest. However, it was not just that, as soon as I contacted them in regards to their quote they came back to me immediately, arrangements were made to replace the window at a specified date, we were kept informed every step of the way. The work was done quickly, efficiently and to a very good standard. Really pleased.

Clearview 2000 replaced a large window unit and door for me in an old building, quite a tricky job, and I am delighted with the outcome. I found them efficient throughout and competitively priced. Their fitters went the extra mile to leave a job well done.

The work commenced on the date agreed. The work force did an excellent job even though it was not straight forward because the old windows were in a very poor state of repair and the wooden frames were rotten and falling apart. The outside framework of one of the large bays was not finished within the 4 days allocated, but was completed when they returned to to do the small bay as stated below. There was a delay of a couple of weeks before the installation of one of the bay windows because the base had to be rebuilt by a building firm, but this was completed in one day when they also finished off the other work.

Very thorough and professional service from start to finish. Good knowledge and liaison from the sales, survey and customer services. Excellent workmanship on fitting, with a good finish and through cleaning-up. We are very glad that we chose Clearview 2000 Limited.

We have to say we are really pleased with the job well done by Clearview. We had five double glazed doors supplied and fitted and must say from the very beginning when they came around to quote for the job to the end of installation they were very professional and worked with us at every stage. We had a new front door and side panel fitted by Clearview 2000. It was an easy process to select the type of door we required with their online system. They came back with recommendations including how we could save money. Someone also came round to check that we were asking for would work. We were kept up-to-date with when the door would be installed. The fitter arrived on time and did a really good job. He also explained how to use the door and lock and how we could get our guarantee. Overally I was really impressed with Clearview and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them

Clearview installed double glazed windows at my house just at the end of January. From the outset (contact, quote) to fitting, it has been a stress-free experience. I received a professional service on the phone, the sales survey and the guys who fitted the windows. Communication was great throughout as I was always kept informed and got immediate responses to any correspondence. Even got a response at six thirty am even though the office opens at eight am. The fitters were polite, pleasant, friendly and hard-working and left the area clean and tidy afterwards. They both worked very well together; evidence of thirty years of experience between them both! The work was done to a high standard. CLEARVIEW 2000 installed one big window, kitchen window and door in one day. The installers came on time, worked very hard, and were polite, friendly and answered any questions we had very satisfactorily. The communication with the office has been excellent , and so was customer service with dealing with a couple of corrections. We are very satisfied and would highly recommend them.
