Clearview 2000 installed 2 large windows for us and service was excellent throughout, from the initial survey through to completion. Communication with Vicki in the office was swift and responsive, the installers were amiable and cleaned up well when finished and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending the company.

We had a garage conversion completed this year (2021) during a very challenging period of Covid restrictions and materials availability. Clearview provided both window and a secure side door. Their service was excellent, professional and friendly and we are delighted with the final finish their installation and products have added to the value of our property.

Most professional company I have used in over 30 years of improving my home. From Sales all the way through to installation - communication was great - Vicki explained anything I didn't understand patiently, Joe (Sales) really listened to what I wanted & went above and beyond in sourcing my perfect door. Fitters - Jamie & Bill were polite, friendly and not only did a great job - but explained my options, damaged nothing which given my external walls was a feat in itself and left the place clean & tidy. Would not hesitate to recommend to family, friends or anyone else who will listen.

The Clearview team have been great throughout the whole process of changing existing old windows and adding additional. From the initial site survey, our 'wants' were listened to and relevant product suggested. Due to our house being a period property- Residence 9 collection was suggested. We decided to use these as opposed to wood due to the ease of upkeep. They look incredible in the property and are a nod to what was previously in place. The whole house looks smart and in keeping. the quality is brilliant and the fitters friendly and helpful, even after multiple visits due to manufacturer not supplying correct trims. We've used Clearview 2000 several times and would highly recommend their services. Vicki is extremely knowledgeable and is always on hand to answer questions etc. On this occasion, Joe quoted for several uPVC windows and French doors, arriving on time and getting the quote back quickly! The windows arrived within the time frame quoted and were installed efficiently by two friendly fitters ( forgot their names, sorry! ) Very clean, tidy job.

We changed our Conservatory roof, windows and door. The roof is made up of tiles from Prefix, which keeps the Conservatory Cooler in Summer and Warmer in winter months! The initial consultation was professionally conducted which gave a sense of trust in the company. This was backed up by a very competitive quote for the installation of 5 replacement windows. We subsequently had to change that to 6, but that was no problem, and again the survey was professionally completed. We were kept updated throughout the process and given installation dates at an early stage which were adhered to. The installers, Lane and Michael arrived as arranged. They worked quickly and to a high standard, cleaned up very well, and were good to have around for a couple of days. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company and would definitely use them again if we needed similar work done.

Clearview 2000 fitted an Endurance composite door and side panel to my house recently and despite the cold and wet conditions and of course not ignoring the covid restrictions they were a very happy and efficient team. The work was done in a very respectable time and was done to an excellent standard and very cleanly and efficiently. This wasn't the first time that I have used Clearview 2000, but they always offer a very reliable and friendly service and are always prepared to go the extra mile to sort any problems out. I would have no hesitation in recommending Clearview 2000 for any household maintenance or work. A good company to do business with.

Contacted Clearview for the replacement of a number of external doors, all contacts from the initial enquiry through the pre job survey to the fitting were helpful and efficient. all staff were happy to offer friendly useful advice. The process has taken place during the pandemic outbreak and Clearview have kept us informed throughout and their staff have been careful to take appropriate safety measures on all occasions. I would certainly use the firm again.

I could not fault the service. The delay in having windows fitted was longer than expected due to the pandemic but I was kept informed at all times. I previously received quotes from other companies who all had a longer than normal fitting time due to the pandemic. I was recommended this company by someone who has used them multiple times and I am so glad I went with them. On the day of fitting, both I and my partner were working from home due to the pandemic and they worked around our needs which was a great help. They completed the job to a high standard and cleared up after themselves. Would highly recommend.

We used clearview 4 years ago to replace the front door and windows at the front of our house and there was no question of using them again when we recently need to change the rear. The customer service is great, the fitters friendly and skilled and had the job done in a couple of days to a high standard. We will be using them again for any future work that is needed.

We have already recommended Clearview Windows 2000, Hertford, to a number of friends. Clearview completed installing ten windows on 12th December, 2020 in 2.5 days. We had old double glazing but we are noticing the house is much warmer, quieter and lighter. We have also been told the house looks 'better' from the outside. We had excellent service from Vickie and Jo. Over the past 18 months we had obtained other estimates but we were impressed by the individual service we obtained especially with Covid to contend with - and with no pressure from Clearview. After almost deciding on Clearview, we spoke to Vickie who took considerable time allaying my husband's anxieties regarding Covid. He is in the 'clinically extremely vulnerable category'. She explained the measures the two installers would take. We managed to keep him isolated in different rooms. We were also impressed how Jo initially, answered all our many queries especially regarding fire regulations. There was no sense of urgency and we felt we had personal service and attention. We felt we had value for money and look forward to having further work done by them in the future.

We decided to have a new composite front door and contacted Endurance who recommended three of their local installers. We are very pleased that we chose Clearview 200 Ltd who were very professional and courteous.throughout. The survey was completed quickly and we were even informed that there was nothing to pay until the installation was completed. Their fitters arrived on time on the agreed date and we’re very professional and tidy. Just make sure that if you have a burglar alarm fitted that you inform your alarm company in advance. We were not told in advance that they couldn’t replace the alarm housing and they broke it when they removed it. Fortunately the alarm company was able to repair the housing. Overall we are very happy with the installation and would recommend this company without hesitation.

Our old polycarbonate conservatory roof was damaged by hailstones, as we had been considering a glass replacement roof before this happened this pushed us to replace it. Clearview came and gave us some suggestions of tinted glass and self-cleaning glass that we had not considered or even knew of before. The work and quote were within our budget and a time scale agreed. The work and workers were wonderful, with nothing too much trouble especially due to Covid restrictions. Our conservatory looks and feels like new, we can’t wait for the summer to enjoy it more. We would recommend this family company to friends and family.

We were strongly recommended Clearview 2000 Ltd in Hertford, I like to support local businesses. So pleased we accepted Vicki & her team at Clearview 2000 Ltd quote to build our conservatory, the quote was well within our budget unlike some of our quotes we received. We thought we were asking for the impossible when we discussed our design & plans for our conservatory but its certainly ticked all our boxes!! We wanted a large conservatory with a dwarf brick wall & dividing dwarf wall & windows internally, dogs & daily living one side & relaxing the other side. From start to finish it was a stress free project, despite Covid 19 everything ran smoothly, we were always kept informed of work being carried out & it was completed in good time. All the guys who worked on it from bricklaying to fitting the glass & electrics were great & lovely to have around, very trusting, polite & friendly team! We did have a very small leak & it was quickly dealt with & we have never had a problem since despite very heavy rain. We are very happy with our conservatory, have waited 25 years for it & certainly worth the wait. Looking forward to entertaining out there soon as lockdown is over. We will be needing to replace some windows on our house & certainly will be using Clearview 2000 Ltd. We gave Vicki a challenge & she certainly completed it with flying colours! We had all our windows and doors replaced by Clearview. The job was completed to a very high standard, extremely tidy and very professional. The windows and doors are better than we expected. They not only look great but insulation and sound from road is greatly improved. Would definitely recommend!
