We contacted various companies for quotes when we started looking at windows for our new home. First, Joe came over and he was friendly and professional and offered us valuable advice about our choices. If we had any questions or queries, they were always answered promptly by Vicki and she was always really friendly and couldn’t be more helpful. The guys who came to fit the windows, Jamie, Bill and Mason, were all great and we couldn’t be happier with the result! Would definitely recommend Clearview 2000 and we’ll be using them again when we need to renew our doors in the foreseeable future.

A great experience from start to finish. I used ClearView 200 for a new front door, back and French doors. They were responsive and prompt and on the day very tidy and courteous. Very practical advice given - especially to ensure that I could easily reach to open the windows. The only company that thought about this.

Clearview misled us as to the security of these doors. The cylinder they fitted on our back door is rated as 1* security, we were burgled this weekend and we can see on our security camera that the burglars managed to get through the cylinder in under a minute. Company unwilling to accept any liability as they claim that the overall security of the locking mechanism is 3* and that the contract didn't specify we requested a high security cylinder, even though it's not marked any differently on the contract to the front door they fitted, which is a high security cylinder. The email chain during procurement makes it very clear we were highly security conscious and originally requested a composite back door (which would have had 3* cylinder. This wasn't possible as the door opening was too narrow and so it needed to be uPVC, but at no point did Clearview mention this would therefore mean we would not receive a 3* cylinder. This should at the very least have been mentioned or marked differently on our contract documents.

Clearview installed new upstairs windows for us and throughout the whole process kept us informed and were always quick to respond to any questions we had. All the options were explained clearly and the price we were originally quoted was the price we paid. The work was completed efficiently and quicker than expected which was a bonus! Would definitely use Clearview again due to their professionalism, friendliness and high quality work. Would highly recommend them!

We used Clearview 2000 to replace five windows, sliding patio door and front door. Everything worked well. The communication was excellent all the way trough the process. The installation was done promptly as agreed on the contract. They were even able to install one off the windows very quickly to accommodate our bathroom renovation timescale. The installers made excellent job and left things tidy after themselves. One of the window panel had small minor fault. Once we notified them, they quickly resolved the problem and replaced the panel. So the aftercare has also been very good. The quality of the windows and doors is excellent, we are very happy with them. Good value for money. We highly recommend Clearview 2000.

We had a leaking old conservatory that needed replacing from the brick walls upwards - windows, doors, roof. I looked at the top three local companies reviewed on this site. Clearview 2000 were prompt, knowledgeable and efficient and I had already decided to go with them before I saw the price - I was delighted that they came in the cheapest of the three. I asked them to use a different type of roof glass that had been recommended as reflecting more heat, and they were happy to oblige despite not usually using this type. The work was carried out to a high standard and took 3 days in total, less than I expected. They left the site tidy each day. I would be very happy to use them again.

We had a new front door installed in addition to new sash windows. Joe and Vicki are great - personable, really helpful and communicative throughout the process. Their pricing is fair and comparable to other similar companies. The guys who carried out the work were professional and kept the place tidy. There was a slight issue at the end in terms of the finish, but Joe and Vicki were quick to ensure we were happy with the work and organised for someone to come back to make the final amendments. We are really happy with Clearview and we'd definitely use them again!

As a contract officer I am used to getting quotes for work. Therefore I emailed several companies for quotes to replace one of our bedroom windows. Clearview2000 came back as the cheapest. However, it was not just that, as soon as I contacted them in regards to their quote they came back to me immediately, arrangements were made to replace the window at a specified date, we were kept informed every step of the way. The work was done quickly, efficiently and to a very good standard. Really pleased.

Clearview 2000 replaced a large window unit and door for me in an old building, quite a tricky job, and I am delighted with the outcome. I found them efficient throughout and competitively priced. Their fitters went the extra mile to leave a job well done.

The work commenced on the date agreed. The work force did an excellent job even though it was not straight forward because the old windows were in a very poor state of repair and the wooden frames were rotten and falling apart. The outside framework of one of the large bays was not finished within the 4 days allocated, but was completed when they returned to to do the small bay as stated below. There was a delay of a couple of weeks before the installation of one of the bay windows because the base had to be rebuilt by a building firm, but this was completed in one day when they also finished off the other work.

We had a new front door and side panel fitted by Clearview 2000. It was an easy process to select the type of door we required with their online system. They came back with recommendations including how we could save money. Someone also came round to check that we were asking for would work. We were kept up-to-date with when the door would be installed. The fitter arrived on time and did a really good job. He also explained how to use the door and lock and how we could get our guarantee. Clearview installed double glazed windows at my house just at the end of January. From the outset (contact, quote) to fitting, it has been a stress-free experience. I received a professional service on the phone, the sales survey and the guys who fitted the windows. The fitters were polite, pleasant, friendly and hard-working and left the area clean and tidy afterwards. CLEARVIEW 2000 installed one big window, kitchen window and door in one day. The installers came on time, worked very hard, and were polite, friendly and answered any questions we had very satisfactorily. The Clearview team have been great throughout the whole process of changing existing old windows and adding additional. From the initial site survey, our 'wants' were listened to and relevant product suggested. Due to our house being a period property- Residence 9 collection was suggested. We decided to use these as opposed to wood due to the ease of upkeep. They look incredible in the property and are a nod to what was previously in place. We've used Clearview 2000 several times and would highly recommend their services. Vicki is extremely knowledgeable and is always on hand to answer questions etc. On this occasion, Joe quoted for several uPVC windows and French doors, arriving on time and getting the quote back quickly! Clearview 2000 fitted an Endurance composite door and side panel to my house recently and despite the cold and wet conditions and of course not ignoring the covid restrictions they were a very happy and efficient team. Contacted Clearview for the replacement of a number of external doors, all contacts from the initial enquiry through the pre job survey to the fitting were helpful and efficient. all staff were happy to offer friendly useful advice. The process has taken place during the pandemic outbreak and Clearview have kept us informed throughout and their staff have been careful to take appropriate safety measures on all occasions. I would certainly use the firm again.

I could not fault the service. The delay in having windows fitted was longer than expected due to the pandemic but I was kept informed at all times. I previously received quotes from other companies who all had a longer than normal fitting time due to the pandemic. I was recommended this company by someone who has used them multiple times and I am so glad I went with them. On the day of fitting, both I and my partner were working from home due to the pandemic and they worked around our needs which was a great help. We used clearview 4 years ago to replace the front door and windows at the front of our house and there was no question of using them again when we recently need to change the rear. The customer service is great, the fitters friendly and skilled and had the job done in a couple of days to a high standard. We will be using them again for any future work that is needed.

We have already recommended Clearview Windows 2000, Hertford, to a number of friends. Clearview completed installing ten windows on 12th December, 2020 in 2.5 days. We had old double glazing but we are noticing the house is much warmer, quieter and lighter. We have also been told the house looks 'better' from the outside. We had excellent service from Vickie and Jo. Over the past 18 months we had obtained other estimates but we were impressed by the individual service we obtained especially with Covid to contend with - and with no pressure from Clearview. After almost deciding on Clearview, we spoke to Vickie who took considerable time allaying my husband's anxieties regarding Covid. He is in the 'clinically extremely vulnerable category'. She explained the measures the two installers would take. We managed to keep him isolated in different rooms. We were also impressed how Jo initially, answered all our many queries especially regarding fire regulations. There was no sense of urgency and we felt we had personal service and attention. We felt we had value for money and look forward to having further work done by them in the future.

We decided to have a new composite front door and contacted Endurance who recommended three of their local installers. We are very pleased that we chose Clearview 200 Ltd who were very professional and courteous.throughout. The survey was completed quickly and we were even informed that there was nothing to pay until the installation was completed. Their fitters arrived on time on the agreed date and we’re very professional and tidy. Just make sure that if you have a burglar alarm fitted that you inform your alarm company in advance. We were not told in advance that they couldn’t replace the alarm housing and they broke it when they removed it. Fortunately the alarm company was able to repair the housing. Overall we are very happy with the installation and would recommend this company without hesitation.

Our old polycarbonate conservatory roof was damaged by hailstones, as we had been considering a glass replacement roof before this happened this pushed us to replace it. Clearview came and gave us some suggestions of tinted glass and self-cleaning glass that we had not considered or even knew of before. The work and quote were within our budget and a time scale agreed. The work and workers were wonderful, with nothing too much trouble especially due to Covid restrictions. So pleased we accepted Vicki & her team at Clearview 2000 Ltd quote to build our conservatory, the quote was well within our budget unlike some of our quotes we received. We thought we were asking for the impossible when we discussed our design & plans for our conservatory but its certainly ticked all our boxes!! We wanted a large conservatory with a dwarf brick wall & dividing dwarf wall & windows internally, dogs & daily living one side & relaxing the other side. Clearview 2000 replaced nearly all the original doors and windows in a 93 year old house in a Conservation area. We were keen to retain the original design and they found excellent products which my neighbor's have complimented and are indistinguishable from the street, couldn't be more pleased. The price was competitive and in an older house their tradesmen were able to overcome numerous complications with minimal making good required. The tradesmen were very hardworking, totally trustworthy and a credit to the business. Thoroughly recommend the Company, refreshing to find a business that does what it promises and is nice to deal with.

Clearview 2000 replaced all of my windows and external doors including those in the garage at a reasonable price. From start to finish, they did an excellent job and were reliable and professional. One door was not ready at the start of the installation due to a delay at the manufacturers but they fitted everything else and came back 2 weeks later when the outstanding door was available. I was not asked to pay anything at all until the entire job was completed. Clearview 2000 are an excellent company to deal with. They replied to initial queries and emails on the same day and were happy to give advice on options etc. My niece and cousin have both used Clearview 2000 in the past and also spoke highly of them. If you need windows or doors, then you need look no further than Clearview 2000. I highly recommend them.

We selected Clearview 2000 to replace all of our windows based on the excellent reviews published online and the excellent customer service we received obtaining a quotation and finalising the specification of the windows. The Covid-19 lockdown then took place so the installation was delayed but we were kept up to date with progress in manufacturing our windows. As soon as they were able to start work again we were given a high priority for our windows. The installers were friendly and very professional and did a great job of installing the windows while implementing social distancing. We are extremely happy with their quality and we would definitely use Clearview again for any future work.

I ordered the front door before the coronavirus lockdown. Clearview continued to communicate with me and then when safe to do they came and fitted the door whilst adhering to social distancing. It was a tricky installation due to the age of the house but they did a great job and we are very satisfied with the end result! Great service!

We had a new composite front door, new sliding doors and a kitchen window. We were really happy with the work. It all looks really smart. The sales person was really helpful in discussing options and that's why we chose Clearview. All the work was done to schedule. We needed part of a wall removed and a radiator removed to fit the new sliding doors and this was all completed with no problems. A few months after the doors were fitted we had a problem with the lock on the front door. I called Vicki and she sent someone round within 5 minutes to do a temporary fix and then the replacement lock came very quickly. We felt we were well looked after and would recommend the company.

Clearview 2000 Ltd has recently installed a new window in our first floor Flat. This was a new (not replacement) window so the work was more extensive, requiring making an opening in the wall and internal plastering to finish the job. Erection of scaffolding was necessary and Clearview managed the whole process, which was carried out efficiently and on schedule with minimal disruption. I have no hesitation in commending their service and would certainly use them again, if needed, in the future.

They came at 08:00 today as they said on the phone. Three big windows were changed in under 4 hours. They laid protective rubber mats on my carpets on all they way leading to windows. Also they cleaned all the mess created during new windows installation. Nothing was damaged and no wall were left dirty after work. They took my old windows, so there was no need to hustle with it later. Great professionals and very friendly chaps. Recommended and 5/5 stars.

Replaced another supplier's lean-to conservatory roof that had leaked slightly off and on ever since installation, with all fixes failing. Also identified solution for the side wall to cure water ingress and damp patches and upgraded gutters above. Good design, good product, skilled installers, finished on time and to high standards. The door we selected was from a relatively new range for the company and where a point of detail needed checking with the manufacturer this was promptly completed and a response forwarded to us. We found it particularly reassuring to have such excellent communications. Installation was carried out over the course of half a day or so by two experienced fitters. Overall we were very satisfied with the process.

I have just had my Soffits, Cladding and Guttering replaced by Clearview - From the start to finish the service was absolutely fantastic, my job was not straight forward due to an awkward conservatory fitting but together with Vicki and the team they have far exceeded my expectations with both their professionalism and the work they have carried out. I will happily be using Clearview again and would not hesitate in giving them the highest recommendation possible. A real breath of fresh air!

I had a great experience with this family-run company, which has recently replaced the windows of my flat. I have met the owner, who is an experienced and helpful woman, who is passionate about what she does. The reason why I cannot give them 5 stars is because one of the windows got damaged during the delivery, so we had to wait for another extra 2 weeks to get it replaced. This was not however their fault, but they managed this issue very professionally and got everything sorted as soon as they could. This was impressive, considering it was just before Christmas. PLEASE SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL BUSINESSES!!
